received email from them stating they would refund my credit card, waiting for that payment to go through before I am satisfied however they stated they are avalible for live chat 24/which they are not once you have made a purchase, they are only availible for live chat prior to purchasing

I made the initial order with my *** card I immediately received an email saying the order is postponed until I send photo ID and a photo of my credit card I contacted *** and spoke with the fraud department They explained that a vendor should verify with the bank and not with me They advised me not to send the documentation and cancel the order I immediately emailed Gearbest cancelling the order I attempted but they do not let you speak to anyone
Gearbest's reply states that they need photo ID and a picture of my credit card to verify my identity If that is true, then when I refused to send the ID and cancelled the order, why did they ship the merchandise? If they suspected fraud or could not verify an address the order should have remained postponed Unless there is another reason for gathering picture ID Perhaps fraud?
I never agreed to send ID and asked the order be cancelled Days after the cancellation and receiving an email that they will respond to my inquiry they charged my account and shipped the merchandise
This is fraudulent or incompetence Either way I would like verification that my account was credited back I have been advised by *** fraud department to refuse shipping and return the merchandise to sender

Before purchase I made many questions and customer service replied me to any question I asked for
Then I ordered a cell phone uleFone BePro and then the flip cover with coupon code and best priceAfter each order you have GB points that you can use for discount in your next order
You can choose the shipping method easily and also optional shipping insurance at low costBefore shipping, I received an e-mail with tracking number an envelope picture
I asked to declare lower value before placing order and I had no custom tax
i'll sure place new orders at Gearbest.com

I haven't dealt with their ** office but I have already made orders from online store and so far so goodIf the price is good and you can accept couple of weeks for shipping from China I see no reason to hesitate! XIAOMI products are genuine and their quadcopters fly!

The company is now trying to blame me for their error on the shipping and claim I'm the reason I couldn't receive it was due to the fact I payed for expideted shipping and they used *** and tried to ship it to a PO BoxUltimately they knew that *** wouldn't ship to my address and instead of utilizing another shipping method which they have, they knowingly shipped to the PO Box
