I have found that gearbest has some of the best prices for devices and technology on the internetI have had great experiences dealing with gearbest and have ordered multiple cell phones and other technology from themAll of these arrived in great condition, no damage from shipping or anything resulting from uncareful handelingThey do a good job in keeping you updated, as well as keeping shipping costs free for standard and low prices for express! Their customer service is excellent, and have always been eager and helpful in solving any problems/questions/or service requestsWhen I had to do an RMA due to a faulty quadcopter, they were quick about responding and offered to send me a new one as I sent the old one back without having to wait for them to recieve and process the old one

Hi, I've purchased tablets at very good price from GearBest last month, and I was waiting only for weeks till parcels arrivalI liked devices that I bought, these are very good products for the money that I paid, by the way it's very easy to use payment methods like *** when making an order, it's easy, fast and safeWhen I asked a question, Customer Support answered and gave all the info, so I've found useful responseNow I plan to make purchases from this store further, because there are a lot of useful electronics and prices are more than good for buyingI like this online-store's service and products and recommend GearBest))

I ordered itemsI only received of them and the invoice that came with them had them each priced at half of what I paidI disputed for a partial refund as I did not want to bother with paying for returning what I got for a full refundGearbest only offered a refund that did not cover what I paid for what I had not received so I ended up declining it, then *** made me return the items to get my refunddays later, I stil do not have my refund, nor any items and I am out $bucks PLUS $for shipping back to GearBest in China*** and GearBest are down right thieves and I have filed complaints with IC3, FTC, my states attorney general, the San Jose District Attorney and the San Jose Police DepartmentI want my full refund of $credited back to my *** account and I want it NOW! it has been nearly a months worth of disputing it and you have you items back, at my additional cost. REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY NOW!!!!
