found that the device did function, but some of the sensors thermoprobes and the batteries provided were nonfunctionalAfter I replaced those with my own money it worked fineThey offered a partial refund through paypal that was sufficient

The company is now trying to blame me for their error on the shipping and claim I'm the reason I couldn't receive it
was due to the fact I payed for expideted shipping and they used *** and tried to ship it to a PO BoxUltimately they knew that *** wouldn't ship to my address and instead of utilizing another shipping method which they have, they knowingly shipped to the PO Box

Gearbest offered two options 1) Resend shipping free - This is unacceptable because of quality of product 2) Refund requested amount to Gearbest wallet - This is unacceptable since Gearbest still has my money and I don't want to be force to do future business with this company until it changes its flawed business practices
What would be acceptable is full refund as described previously to my *** account through which it was purchased
