I ordered an feet waterproof endoscope for Android Phone from gearbest The camera was not well made and had something blocking the lens from inside the camera I created a ticket with gearbest and provide an explanation and two photos The next day, they deleted my ticket as it was no longer there I filed a dispute with paypal They responded to my refund request by asking me to take it to a local repair shop and get it fix at my expense or they are willing to sell me another one at 50% discount I ask them why they would not honor their Day Money Back Guarantee for defective products clearly posted on their website They did not reply I escalated it to the [redacted] claims department They still did not respond This is not a responsible or honorable company to do business with Order number [redacted] Ticket number [redacted]
