I ordered a Z80 smartwatch on 10-**-2016, delivered on about 10-**-2016. I fully charged the watch according to the instruction and found it suddenly died after a couple of hours while the battery bar still showing above 90%. I requested return and refund within 2 days of receiving the item, they have a policy of three day return and there is guarantee that if an item is not working, they will fully refund. However, THIS IS NOT TRUE, they have a different interpretation of "not working". I spent $65 on the item, they refused to return/refund because they take it as "working", but I spent $65 on a smart cellphone watch and it won't last more than 2 hours operating as a watch only (I did not insert sim card, did not load any power consuming apps). With the above, they agreed to give me a store credit of only $15, or a replacement for which I would have to pay an extra $52, what a calculation, this is just another purchase from them!
I feel I have dealing with a bunch of frauds or hooligans, this is totally not up to par. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND A CLEAN MARKETPLACE IN THE US. I believe this a Chinese company operating overseas and they know you cannot do anything about it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  On 4/*/16, I was informed "[redacted]" However, as of last night, 4/*/16, I was able to see that my funds from GearBest had finally been completely  refunded to me, in two partial payments.  I also see a credit from [redacted] for $132.08 as well as a credit of kr150.00 SEK (?)  I am taking these credits to be compensation for the all the anguish [redacted] has caused me over this issue which they did not handle correctly until I filed theft Charges against them with their local D.A. and P.D., as well as you, the Revdex.com.  I am glad they saw fit to compensate me for the troubles they caused me.

I Recently made a purchase from Gearbest.com. I live in The UK. My Order Arrived in 12 days which is very decent. I find with gearbest that the overall experience is superb. They sell lots of products and all at really low prices and I mean really low. They also have a really good customer relations department who will always answer any questions that customers may have. To top this off there are ways to earn discounts off products and even get freebies how amazing is that. Despite the little bit of a wait for orders to arrive I highly recommend Gearbest.com and will be buying from them again Products are always honestly describedand shipping is free of charge although you can choose to pay a small fee to enable you to track your order or choose a faster shipping option. If you run a business or are just looking for something for yourself I recommend Gearbest.com as it is in most cases the cheapest place to buy from. I myself will be buying again very soon. The company still will not return my emails and customer service inquiries through their website. There is no...

valid phone number to reach them on. My company still has $1,700.00 of defective inventory that needs to be returned and refunded. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have bought 40 orders from Gearbest, mostly phones and phone accessories and I must say all the products were 100% original. Great customer service who always respond to my questions. Prices are generally lower than anywhere and the shipping is free!
What else can I ask for? GearBest is the first shop to buy from.
