I've been shopping from Gearbest for about 3 months now. I feel I can't stop because they have such a broad inventory of awesome merchandise.
for all my purchases, I have had nothing but positive and outstanding customer service.
even when there are issues with my orders, their customer service team is fast in fixing it and are genuinely looking to resolve any issues. I honestly have nothing bad or negative to say since there honestly isn't . I am so happy with this website and I believe I will be forever a satisfied customer as long as they don't change their business model.
GearBest is something I definitely recommend to everyone! so happy to have found this gem!

 They made this cut and paste response last time. Then talked to me through their ticket system. We came to an agreement, then they backed out of the agreement when the Revdex.com ticket was closed. I do not plan on closing this complaint until they honor their last offer. Otherwise they will make promises for a third time and not back them up.

I like to buy from GearBest. I'm very pleased with this shop, and I have bought many cellphones. Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to Albania but still it's good for me because it's free and I'm not willing to pay for expedited shipping.
I've had no problem will the cellphones I have bought, they were all original. I have bought cellphones from this shop for all my friends and they are all happy with the quality of the merchandise and of course of the price, prices are cheaper than other shops that I have checked.
Service is good, the give reply to my tickets in 24 hours. They have a very professional service.
I recommend GearBest, will buy again for sure.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gearbest.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They wrote the first time and said the order was not ready yet and it would be a while longer(this is after I asked repeatedly for a refund) after I said no I have asked for a refund they sent another message back asking if I would like a refund to a "GB Wallet", I said absolutely not I have told you I want a refund to original method of payment. Then they sent their last message on January [redacted] at 8:27pm and they stated "  [redacted] [redacted]" 
This is the exact text I received I have a copy of it all, I still have Not received my refund.

I ordered an 20 feet waterproof endoscope for Android Phone from gearbest. The camera was not well made and had something blocking the lens from inside the camera. I created a ticket with gearbest and provide an explanation and two photos. The next day, they deleted my ticket as it was no longer there. I filed a dispute with paypal. They responded to my refund request by asking me to take it to a local repair shop and get it fix at my expense or they are willing to sell me another one at 50% discount. I ask them why they would not honor their 45 Day Money Back Guarantee for defective products clearly posted on their website. They did not reply. I escalated it to the [redacted] claims department. They still did not respond. This is not a responsible or honorable company to do business with. Order number [redacted]. Ticket number [redacted]
