I am happy that Gearbest has at least responded and acknowledges they made a mistake, however, they have not done anything to rectify their mistake in terms of a full refund. This is something I am hoping they will accept responsibility for and process a refund. I also hope that their response is meaningful and true and that they will work better in handling returns for their customers in the future.

My phone was shipped damaged. I paid nearly $500 for my phone and their customer service dept. is basically a hole in the wall. They do not care other than taking your money. Shipping was slow, nearly waiting 1 month for receiving my defective item only to fully come to the conclusion that I am out of my money with a phone I cannot return or sell now. I am now having to go through my CC company to get my money back. Please DO NOT ORDER from this site and save your money.

To be honest, GearBest is just the best! I've made 7+ orders and all arrived in perfect shape and on time.

A great shop, with excellent prices, free and fast shipping, good communication (ticket or live chat, quick response).
Besides price and quality, another important aspect for me is the shipping via PostNL - Netherlands Post, 15 days till my door.
Everything I had ordered was in my package, good looking and working.
Gearbest is the best option for products that help me quit smoking. Three days ago I made my second order, a Kangertech Subox - the best price on the market. And
now I am preparing my third order (vaping related items and kid stuff for my princess) and I'm sure there will be no problems with products.

The order number is [redacted] and the package has been sitting since the [redacted] of March 2016 and hasn't moved since Fedex has  been notified and responded that package has never been dropped off to them this item was supposed to be  a birthday gift and shipping was said to be 7-15 and its not here yet yeah its been 11 days out of 15 but thats no excuse did some research and the origin  of this package is a distribution center of your in Erlanger KY which other research shows that package was released from customs   and sent  for processing which is your distribution center so this tells me you have had my package since the [redacted] of March 2016 above is a attachment with screenshot of today date showing the packaged released from customs which basically means you have my merchandise.also in emails you claim to give me points because of this mess up and still haven't seen the 300 or 500 that was told I would get and also having your employee tell me that I couldn't get a refund because I have a case opened  on you thats not real good customer service.

I've heard Gearbest from a friend and I've used it to buy couple of items. It's a nice merchant with wide range of products; especially for electronical equipment. Shipping is fast and they provide a trackin code. Prices are low and if can find a discount code you can buy even cheaper

I have ordered several times at the online Store of Gearbest.com and everytime everything went as expected. Good prices, fast shipping and fast customer support. So nothing to complain and already recommended to my friends and family.
