not justify the 3 month wait, and poor customer service which I had to endure.  It is poor business ethics and I believe that due to their incompetence, some form of compensation or public apology should be called for.

I simply get false promises.  On 12/**/15, I received the following from GearBest Support Center:

Here's another excuse in October.  They keep track of customer inquiries on their website which is even more frustrating to see how the refund delays are without question intentional.  I have purchased additional items from them in spite of this which is even more surprising that they do not respond to frequent customers.

One of the biggest store with big products chosing,a lot of electronic gadgets wich I prefer,fast shiping in 5 days ship out goods,big warehouse,cuz a lot of goods in stocks,fast respond customer services,and cheapest prices on the web,buying now only on gearbest,and reccomend to the others people wich want get best goods for best prices.

First of all, the prices at Gearbest are often just unbeatable. I've been shopping with Gearbest very regularly mostly on quadcopter and parts. There are times that I've issues with the order when it is defective on arrival. However, the customer support is very patient and responsive. Hence, I get appropriate compensation for my lost. Furthermore, the LiveChat feature is available 24/7. Delivery is fairly quick. Highly recommended.

I ordered a smartphone and its cover case on the GearBest website the November 5, 2015. We are the January 7, 2016 and I 'm still waiting since 2 months. In addition to the purchase order, I paid a delivery cost to receive my order within 10 days.

Finally, I received a TV box (decoder) instead my smarpthone. GearBest recognized a mistake but explains to me I must to pay the return, it that takes the biscuit.

I already paid customs duty at receipt of this item. They propose I send this item (goods) and refund my GearBest Wallet to an exchange. However I don’t want to take a risk the item doesn’t arrive at destination, without taking into account addition delivery time. Furthermore the dispatch will cost me more than the price of the item. Moreover, if GearBest send me again my correct order after thez received the item, I should pay again customs duty at receipt. To conclude I paid their mistake. I am upset today.

I strongly advise against this website, without take into account the fact there is customs duty at receipt.
It would have cost cheaper, less time and less hassle to buy my smartphone in my country.

It was my first order by gearbest.
Everyting was ferfect. Very great and good quality product. Shipping with tracking.
The Contact with the support is perfect.

I will order there more times

 The business has contacted me, but, it had nothing to do with the complaint. I really do not know if it is resolved, or not, as a result. They send me messages on what they are selling, trying to get me to buy from them, and, acting as if I still have an account with them. Since none of them were directly further requests for money, I have not saved the messages. They seemed to be what they would send to anyone who had an account with them, so, would not be offensive IF I had, indeed, wanted an account with them, or contact with them, but, I want neither.

In Canada, it is very unlikely to buy RC toys easily because import tax and source made shopping difficult . On-line shopping become a mains stream. and If the on-line store offer free shipping, this made life so easy. I shop from Gearbest several times and couldn't be happier. Price is good and free shipping, highly recommend if you are looking for toys or your hobby supply.

I've made 9 purchases so far and my experience with this shop has been excellent.
Delivery to Spain is usually quite fast (even using the non registered option) and I usually have my goods in less than 2 weeks.
Cancelled 1 order and had my money back in less than 48 hours.
The few times I contacted support (regarding an order that was taking longer than usual or to ask any question) I had answer in 24 hours in good english and polite manner.
And the products sold are well described and have better price than other similar pages.
For all this, Gearbest is my number 1 page to buy chinese products..
