"your order has shipped." I emailed them several times before and asked them to CANCEL  my order but they ignored it and shipped it anyway.  I assume my order that I no longer want is on its way. Their site says it can take up to 30 days.  As you know, I no longer want my order because I ordered from another site when GB told me that they didn't actually have it in stock but their site showed they did. Sincerely,[redacted]

Hi all. I would like to recommend to all the best online shopping service - GearBest. They provide very good service, they have a lot of interesting items in their shop. I would like it know that the company wrote me to say that the reason they asked for this information is because there was trouble with the payment. When I gave proof that there wasn't a problem with the payment, they tried to give me 6 dollars to let it go

 I have attached a clear picture from my credit card statement showing the exact purchase amount of $87.47 being charged to my credit card from GEAR BEST.  It is not my problem as a customer who has clearly paid as per the proof of purchase provided that something went wrong within YOUR system. I clearly have paid for my items and expect them to be shipped to me RUSHED, free of charge.

My experience, in brief, on Gearbest: I bought a smartphone: Cubot X9 at a very affordable price. Great customer service (respond to any question). Possibility to choose the shipping method safe and economical (i preferred '[redacted]' cost of only $0.99 + $3.40 for optional insurance). Before shipment, I received tracking number and photo of the package. Fast Shipping and receipt after 21 days (11 days to arrive in Italy and 10 days for customs clearance and final delivery). Zero customs duties and only Euro 11,32 for customs charges (VAT and customs clearance on the declared value of the package). The Smartphone is fantastic, recommended for all. 100% satisfied with the store Gearbest.com

directly by Gearbest.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received my product back BUT it is not fixed, STILL BROKEN Product, and I need to pay $20 for the duty which is crazy, never should rely on this kind of website, they do not provide you any after sale warranty because if you want to fix your product, you need to pay, CRAZY

I purchased this product and submitted my credit card. A couple of days later, they asked me to submit a photo of my Driver's license and credit card so that they may charge my credit card. My credit card had already been charged. I am in dispute with my credit card company.
