I received an email from GearBest.com, they informed me that they would be refunding to my credit card $31.51.  I accepted their offer, just waiting for the refund to be posted to my account. The matter will be resolved when [redacted] notify and a refund is noted on my Credit Card account.

 The business has contacted me, but, it had nothing to do with the complaint. I really do not know if it is resolved, or...

not, as a result. They send me messages on what they are selling, trying to get me to buy from them, and, acting as if I still have an account with them. Since none of them were directly further requests for money, I have not saved the messages. They seemed to be what they would send to anyone who had an account with them, so, would not be offensive IF I had, indeed, wanted an account with them, or contact with them, but, I want neither.

As of Decmember **, 2015, I placed an order online for a self balancing scooter in which the transaction posted to my bank account and the product was estimated to be shipped from the vendor by 12/**/2015 and arrive by 12/**2015 - 1/**/2016 . However, 1-2-days prior to placing the order I never received an order confirmation receipt -- which should have been sent to the email I used when ordering. As of today, the order or confirmation receipt has not arrived.

The business has stated that I will receive a refund to my PayPal account within a week- I have yet to receive this refund.  Paypal is a digital venue, not sure after 8 weeks why this can't happen sooner.  Once (if) I receive my refund, I will share with Revdex.com.

GearBest did a Bait and Switch that cost me $33 and a lot of time/effort.
Details:
Jul **, 2015 - Ordered a PAPAGO GoSafe530G dashcam for $152.
Aug **, 2015 - Received a PAPAGO GoSafe110 dashcam which is an older version and costs about $75.
...Per website recommendation, I reached out to their Support Center...
Sep *, 2015 - GearBest Support Agent mentions a probable warehouse issue
...after multiple reminders...
Sep **, 2015 - GearBest apologizes and suggests a partial refund of $20.
...accepting it would have meant I purchased a $75 product for $132... a product that I did not even want...
Sep **, 2015 - I request an exchange.
Sep **, 2015 - GearBest claims spelling mistake and product not in stock
Sep **, 2015 - I share proof of correct product still listed on their website
...after multiple reminders...no response from GearBest....
Sep **, 2015 - GearBest apologizes again, shares RMA to ship product back to China, but I'm expected to pay for return shipping
...Both Paypal (Payment Processor) and [redacted] (Card Issuer) unable to help. Paypal offers $25 refund....
Outcome:
$152 + $58 (shipping cost to China) - $25 (Paypal refund) - $152 = $33 loss for me

I love Gearbest, I have ordered 3 times without no problems to date.
More gearbest: Prices, speed of delivery towards France (max 20 days), products of excellent quality and a support always at disposal. For a purchase in China quality to choose gearbest!
