Thank you for your kind information. Please kindly note that the customer has been listed to the blacklist due to bad record on our site. So we have offered him another solution to pay for his orders via other payment such as [redacted] rather than credit card and [redacted]. Moreover, we have give him a coupon for the same worth of what he has lost for this order. He agreed. But he still use the credit card this time. So the order has been cancelled and the payment was returned again. We have tried our best to solve the problem and give the compensation. It is not fair that the customer don't pay for the order via the agreed payment method such as [redacted].

I ordered a hover board from Gearbest on cyber monday in November and still have not recieved it. I have been in contact with them via the coustomer support about 10+ time and actually got two seperate shipping #s. They last told me it was stuck in customes and it was my resposability to find it. I have ordered stuff from over seas before and did not have to deal with this. They are a very poor buisness and hope someone could shut them down.

Site gearbest offers the lowest prices on phones and other equipment. I picked up the phone at a discount greater than 15 $. I am very pleased with the service and prices

 GearBest email that they have found the returned DOA cell phone in their stock so did receive it as I had stated. They say that they will credit my PapPal acct with $84.99 US within 3 to 7 days. I will advise if and when it happens. Now we must wait and see.Thanks for now.

through paypal for a refund. I found that the device did function, but some of the sensors thermoprobes and the batteries provided were nonfunctional. After I replaced those with my own money it worked fine. They offered a partial refund through paypal that was sufficient.

I want to recommend the site Gearbest.com for purchases all kinds of electronics and phones. I made here about 20 purchases, and always very satisfied - good prices, fast shipping (3-5 days), excellent bonus program. Gearbest is best of the best online stores!

Several times I odererd at Gearbest.
In every case the ordered items have been sended quick and well packed.
The items quality have been as the company discribed them.
If there was any question, their support center was answering and solving fast.
For me enough reasons to buy there again.

I thought it's the same online store just like others. Until I gave it a try and I found that their service is excellent and the prices are very competitive.

Don't forget to visit often and watch their "DEALS" page. Yesterday I bought a $40 headlamp for under $20!
