I will address this issue as best I can When our technician called Mr*** home his daughter answered the phoneOur technician explained our process When the girl said she was too young to answer the technician's questions that is when our technician said that as she is a minor, he cannot speak with her about it and he gave our phone number and asked her to have Mr *** call us when he is back home
We never entered Mr*** computer and we would never do this unless a person of legal age was available
I'm sorry if Mr*** thought we entered his computer but we did not We also have already removed his number from our List

I am rejecting this
response because: I feel that I was scammed by Geek Support Live, they called me and said that my computer was at risk of crashing and that my virus protection was no longer working and that my computer had been hackedHow did they know this, and how did they get access to my computer, and how did they get my phone number? I was so upset that my computer was crashing that being ( not a computer wiz myself) they advised me they could fix my computerI asked them what was it going to cost me?They didn't answer me until they felt they had me because I couldn't let my computer crashThey then said they could fix my computer lifetime fix for 400.00, I said I could not do so they said threeI acceptedThey then fixed my computer for what I thought was 300.00, but to my dismay they charged my credit card 400.00. I then inquired about complaints against their company through the Revdex.com and found out that they had complaints against them for fraudI believe I am entitled to my money returned and I feel that they were the ones that hacked me.I thank you for your quick response to my complaint! The help that I received form joseph B*** was above his performanceI would recommend him to my friends anytime to have him work on their computer

Scam- infected my computer and blocked it with a number to call them to unblock and repairThey charged $and did not repair- continued to have problems and could not contact a technician- operator tried to sell me other things, including medic alert, and when I demanded a tech, she hung up on me
