Excellent service.

On time, very polite, very patient, and very honest.

George Brazil provides the highest quality service we have ever seen. [redacted]. is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice.

[redacted]. Was at our home today to perform a HVAC tune-up. Upon initial review [redacted] found
an electrical problem, she showed me the issue and throughly explained the fix and associated costs. Her explanation was easily understood and the repair was completed with parts on her truck.
George Brazil has a very customer focused employee in [redacted]. We look forward to her return for the Spring tune-up!

We called George Brazil at 8:15 pm and [redacted] came out to fix our smoke detectors that would not stop going off. He was very efficient and went the extra mile to replace all 10 smoke detectors. He definitely should be considered as a very valuable employee. Thanks [redacted], job well done!!!

This was our first time using George Brazil and called them because we had an air conditioner problem late at night and they had emergency service. Phil came out very late and stayed until the problem was corrected. In spite of the late hour he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the job done! Needless to say we will be continuing to do business with him. Thank you Phil!!!!!

The Man who George Brazil sent to fix our Electrical problems His Name was Elijah Otero He was very respectful and did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable about where to check first then proceed to fix our problems even found a problem we didn't know we had. We are so Thankful to him.

Review: We had a technician come over from the George Brazil firm (service invoice enclosed), as we have contracted their company to do semi-annually inspections (May & Nov .) on our November, 2005, air-conditioning / heater unit (Trane) . They come by, usually, and take current readings, look over the equipmen t, do various checks, and give us a report. We have had minor replacements.

The technician that came by said to me: "Sir, your Trane A/ C-Heater is shot and needs replac em ent immediately. The capacitor in it is dangerous, will blow up , and cause a lot of damage if not changed in just "days." I've listed the price of $12,783 1ninus $3300 rebate for a new unit with a 12-year warra nty so you'll never feel in danger again. I can install it for you."

I asked the tech what it would cost to simply replace the capacitor, today, and nothing else, thereby taking the danger out of it, for now. He told me that it would be well over a thousand dollars, so it would be better to h ave the whole unit replaced.

I said, "Please list all that is wrong and I'll look into it." He said, "The capacitor will Blow Up!!!! in not month s nor weeks but in days, Sir, and you must get a whole new unit, now!!! I will install it in for you. If you pay the whole amount now and not finance it, you will save money."

I said again, "Please list all tha t is wrong and sign it and I will look into it next week." He listed it all, warned us again, told us to call him directly, and scared us out of her skin. We didn't sleep all night. He finally left.

I called another company and they sent over a technician the next day, and he showed me all of his readings, which were all totally nominal for the unit, being well within parameters. All was “fine.”

He told us tlus is the slowest season for techs now with everyone spending for Xmas and no noney for inspections. Also, he is on a salar. The salesman from George Brazil may/probably works on mostly commission and that is why he's trying to pull this stunt. We don't know. It scared us terribly.

. ,Desired Settlement: We have one more prepaid inspection on our old contract, for May of 2015, but we are staying with this new company and never going back to George Brazil ever, ever, ever. We will probably NOT get a refund of the last visit, nor of the one coming up next year, but we never want to see them again. They scared us out of our wits. I am 77 years old, and he could have swindled us out of thousands. This incident SHOULD NOT BE LET GO SCOT FREE. My wife was awake all night afraid that thing was going to blow up, like he promised it would. May we hear from you regarding this situation, by email, if possible.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the service he received. The Technician has been terminated as we do not support scare tactics! I also will be refunding Mr. [redacted] 82.00 for the remaining of his Maintenance Program and also sending 1-50.00 dinner card and 2-movie tickets for the inconvenience we have caused him and his wife. Mr. [redacted] has agreed to classify this case as resolved, thanks!

There are two things going on:1. I want very much to “let it go”2. Every time I read one of your ads in the newspaper I want to contact you. Number 2 just won the debate.We received a telephone call in December from George Brazil Home Services, and my husband was told, "Why didn't we contact the company directly instead of going through Revdex.com." (He did not contact you because he did not want to have anything to do with your company ever again.)We let the Revdex.com know that you called him on the phone, and to put this issue to bed.My "new" issues are two items:1. (The very minor issue.) We were told to expect a $50 restaurant card and movie passes for our, as you said, "inconvenience." We received the restaurant card, but have not received movie tickets. Why would you promise something and not deliver?2. (The more important issue.) We were told tl1at our VIP contract would be cancelled and we would not have to pay for the fourth 6-month maintenance inspection that was due in May. We have received the $82 check for the fourth inspection.Why would your company that prides itself on being ethical expect us to pay for the visit that caused this incident in the first place? We had also pre-paid for the third maintenance inspection and expected adequate paperwork in return. We were not only "inconvenienced," but we did not receive the paperwork that included the "data" that your tech supposedly read from our unit.Don't you think it would be fair that this maintenance inspection by your company should also be returned ($82) because the tech did not do the inspection and wrote down no data. He simply "said" that the currents were way too high. This contract was no longer valid by his omission. We would be much more appeased by receiving a refund of the $82 paid to you for our "inconvenience" with this visit than the missing movie tickets.

Great service: clear communication with both the office and [redacted]., reviewed recommended work/pricing and completed work in a timely manner. I am pleased and would use the electrical services of George Brazil again.

This is a very positive review of QATech [redacted]. However we are not pleased with the George Brazil company. [redacted] was knowledgeable and willing to help with our AC issues, while the Brazil company made themselves difficult to work with. Only because of the positive service given by [redacted] can I upgrade the negative Brazil company experience, to neutral.

Brandon did a fine job of explaining our a/c repairs and doing the repairs.

The team arrived on time, were professional, introduced their selves. They showed respect to us and our property. The job was completed on time and correctly.

Very professional. Never exasperated with questions.

Ferris T worked with Mick on installing my new AC unit. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I would recommend George Brazil to everyone.

Brandon was courteous, informative, and detailed oriented in fixing my air conditioner

Service was great. After reprogramming the thermostat, he immediately knew what the problem might be and he was right. After he was done, he explained to me in laymen's terms what had happened. Josh W. was kind and seemed to enjoy his work in this hot weather.

George Brazil's representative Joe R. conducted himself in a professional manner, located the problem and explained the solution. He was not a pushy salesman and was fine to give me a couple of days to think about an expensive fix it. He went in the attic and did not make a mess in the house (which is not easy to do). I will most likely have George Brazil do the repair work.

I am very pleased with the Service I received. I called before noon and my appointment was made shortly after. [redacted] was at my home by 2:30pm My problem was resolved and fixed. [redacted] was very professional and kind. He was very respectful.

I will use George Brazil again.
