Joe R. was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about air conditioners. It was a pleasure having someone like Joe service my air conditioner.

The technician who provided my service was Chris H[redacted]. He did an excellent job. Clearly answering my questions and explaining the operation of the furnace signals with which I was concerned. He then checked the operation of my newly installed AC and furnace to be sure they operated properly. I was very pleased with his service.

George Brazil is a very professional business with very professional Service Technicians. I would recommend George Brazil to anyone looking for their air conditioning or heating requirements.

This team of service pros, Jason H, Kyle G, and David R were very efficient at their work. They arrived on time, quickly got to the work at hand, and were done in a reasonable time. They cleaned up after the work was performed, and the system appears to be working as it should.

We are in the process of selling our home and had some minor concerns by the Home Inspector that was hired by the buyer.
Josh came to our home promptly before calling right at the start of the 4 hour window that is normally given.
Upon arrival, Josh was very professional and immediately addressed each concern that was listed by the Home Inspector and even provided extra service, installing J-Box covers on a couple of electric boxes and gave valued information on cost saving suggestions, without hesitation.

Professional from the moment they called to set up the check up to the moment the tech walked out the door. There were some deficiencies pointed out but no pressure to immediately buy replacements. I am glad I chose to go from Chas Roberts to George Brazil.

We purchased a new system from George Brazil, and it was a challenging installation. [redacted]. was able to come in and complete the installation in a timely manner and overcome all of the technical challenges to provide us with an excellent outcome. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would say that he did an outstanding job for us.

The preparation for this process in protecting our furniture and floors with drop cloths was greatly appreciated. The job was completed in a timely manner.
