They put down red carpets from the first door to the attic entrance in our masterbed room. They did some of the cleanness work I have ever seen. From the first call through installation, [redacted].Brazil's staff were great to work with. The assessment was data-driven with no hype and pressure. The install went smoothly, and both Angel and Ignacio went out of their way to communicate what was happening, what to expect, etc. They were careful and thorough.

The installing of new ac unit was done very timely and orderly. Thanks to the installers we got our house cooled back down.

Harlan came out to recharge AC system. He was very personable, and professional. Explained in detail how system functions and how to maximize performance. I am very pleased with there service.

We just had our air conditioning/heating system replaced. I am very pleased with the service we received in every step of the process. I don't have the name of the person who looked at our system and suggested that it was time for replacement but he did a great job. His assessment of our old system was well explained and comprehensive. The new system was scheduled for just two days later and the installers arrived on time and were prepared for the work. Ignacio and Rafael did an excellent job of removing our old system and installing the new one. They were professional and polite and were easy to talk to when I had questions. They also cleaned everything up and left with our house and yard perfect condition. I am so pleased with their service that I will continue to be a customer and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone having AC/Heating problems. They really know the value of good service!

Chuck W[redacted] performed a HVAC system cleaning on 30 Dec 2015. He was beyond helpful in everything that he did. He mad the visit as unobtrusive as possible and took every precaution to make sure that there was no residual mess to contend with. He was cheerful and thorough and my wife and I were very impressed and pleased with the job he did. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.

George Brazil's representative Joe R. conducted himself in a professional manner, located the problem and explained the solution. He was not a pushy salesman and was fine to give me a couple of days to think about an expensive fix it. He went in the attic and did not make a mess in the house (which is not easy to do). I will most likely have George Brazil do the repair work.

Awston W & Steve D did a full duct cleaning Service for me today. They were prompt, friendly, professional, thorough and explained everything. They were very careful to protect my home from dust & dirt to the extent possible. They ensured that the heating & air conditioning continued to work after the cleaning and showed me before & after pictures of the coil. I am very pleased with the work.
