Thank you [redacted] for your professionalism, knowledge and patience during the service visit yesterday. He checked out our Furnace/Air Conditioning Unit in our mobile home. The installing of new ac unit was done very timely and orderly. Thanks to the installers we got our house cooled back down.

I was supposed to have an electrical service call between 12:00 - 4:00 September 13. A representative from George Brazil called at 10:30 to inform me that my regular electrician was tied-up on an all day job and I could reschedule or have another electrician perform the required service within the next 30 - 40 minutes which I opted for. [redacted]. arrived 40 minutes later and performed the troubleshooting required to locate a circuit problem in the house. During the process, [redacted] kept me informed regarding his methodology for finding the faulty circuit and proceeded in what appeared to be a very logical fashion. It took him about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. Since I am a member of the George Brazil Maintenance Program, the work was performed on a fixed price basis (same price regardless of the amount of time). I was pleased with the outcome. [redacted] also advised me of some additional maintenance issues which I suggested be dealt with in the fall/winter months since they were in the attic.

Great service. We were able to schedule same day service and the technician, Charley was honest and very knowledgeable! We will recommend George Brazil to our friends!

The technicians, Chuck W. and partner did an outstanding job. Chuck was friendly, courteous, conscientious! he explained the job to be done and did an excellent job in their preparation. when finished he again explained what thet did and how much of an impact it would make on our system. Excellent crew, we would recommend George Brazil to all who need their type of work!!

Chuck W[redacted] performed a HVAC system cleaning on 30 Dec 2015. He was beyond helpful in everything that he did. He mad the visit as unobtrusive as possible and took every precaution to make sure that there was no residual mess to contend with. He was cheerful and thorough and my wife and I were very impressed and pleased with the job he did. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.

From the first call through installation, [redacted].Brazil's staff were great to work with. The assessment was data-driven with no hype and pressure. The install went smoothly, and both Angel and Ignacio went out of their way to communicate what was happening, what to expect, etc. They were careful and thorough.

[redacted]conducted a semi-annual maintenance on my heating and A/C units. He arrrived timely and addressed all my concerns. He also offered suggestions on the current units on what could be enhanced.

Excellent service

Review: I have called and spoken with [redacted] and others who tell me I will receive an email with a quote and credit application. I have a tenant who has been living in above 100 degree conditions. I am unable to contract George Brazil for services and my tenant is still suffering after over a week. I have yet to receive an email as was promissed multiple times by multiple persons.Desired Settlement: I want the email. I would also like a discount for the inconvenience.

[redacted] was called out to evaluate the AC unit so he can properly give an estimate on replacing. The property is located @ [redacted]. On July 4th, He arrived@ 8:00 am and left @ 9:00 am. I believe [redacted] had 2 other estimates and was waiting for George Brazils. [redacted] was overwhelmed with estimates so he forwarded all the info to [redacted] our inside sales. A service call was scheduled on 7/7/2013 by the landlord ([redacted])to try and repair the system but there was no answer at the front door. The office and the technician both left a message on [redacted]’s cell@ [redacted], tagged the door and he was on his way. [redacted] also left 2 messages that same day. [redacted] called again on 7/10/2013 and left 2 more messages. Once I received the Revdex.com complaint, I quickly called [redacted] on 7/10 and left a message trying to save this call. I sent an email on 7/11@4:10 pm to[redacted] with no reply. Not sure if he’s getting the messages but there is a 30 second delay every time I call and it goes right to voicemail. I would love to resolve this case if possible but I would imagine the AC unit has been replaced by another contractor by now. Please let me know if you need anything else and have a great weekend!

Awston W & Steve D did a full duct cleaning Service for me today. They were prompt, friendly, professional, thorough and explained everything. They were very careful to protect my home from dust & dirt to the extent possible. They ensured that the heating & air conditioning continued to work after the cleaning and showed me before & after pictures of the coil. I am very pleased with the work.

We just had our air conditioning/heating system replaced. I am very pleased with the service we received in every step of the process. I don't have the name of the person who looked at our system and suggested that it was time for replacement but he did a great job. His assessment of our old system was well explained and comprehensive. The new system was scheduled for just two days later and the installers arrived on time and were prepared for the work. Ignacio and Rafael did an excellent job of removing our old system and installing the new one. They were professional and polite and were easy to talk to when I had questions. They also cleaned everything up and left with our house and yard perfect condition. I am so pleased with their service that I will continue to be a customer and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone having AC/Heating problems. They really know the value of good service!
