The response from GM Financial is dissatisfying and unnerving to say the leastI know that I was behind two months and as I stated I was contacted by a representative that discussed several options with me, one of them was a deferment that she stated I was eligible forI told her that I was getting married and before I take a deferment I wanted to try to pay for the two months with my expected wedding giftsGM FINANCIAL's rep TOLD ME to TAKE MY TIMEShe NEVER told me that I had a certain date or amount of timeIn fact she told me that I could wait until after my wedding and honeymoon and then call you guys......again with no date givenMy wedding was already fully paid for and was unemployed (I lost my job in March and had to depend on my family to give me money until I could get a job or some means of additional incomeSo why would I outright deny a deferment.??? I certainly did NOTWe discussed it and I was given the option to wait until after the weddingNo one in their right mind would deny a way to keep their vehicle and risk having their vehicle repossessedTo add to that, she made erroneous notes on my file, she did not put any notes stating that she informed me of any dates and put in a "NOT TO CALL NOTE" in my file, which I was informed of AFTER my vehicle was told by a rep who was giving me the info on where my car was towed toSO not only did you make a decision to repossess my vehicle but didn't even notify me of such all due to your repI find your response to be insulting and shows that you will risk customers and their livelihood before admitting any wrong doing on your behalfCommon sense would show that no one would purposely not make contact or any effort to keep their vehicle if they had the information that YOU statedYour inability to see the miscommunication and error on your side that led to this repossession is disgustingI get that your company needs to protect its interest but not at the expense of your customerThis would have all been avoided if that do not call note wasn't on my fileif I was informed I would still have my vehicle and GM Financial would not have to go through the paperwork involved with a repossessionNot to mention that a repossession doesn't look good from a financial business perspective on your end either? It was an error that could have been avoided and the response that was given was not acceptableI am still planning on seeing legal advice on the errors made by your rep because I'm sure putting an unauthorized note like that in my file without my knowledge or consent has some illegality to it especially since it resulted in a repossession that has a significant negative and long lasting effect on my creditI feel horrible and I will never refer anyone to your business and I will tell anyone who asks how you take advantage of people who are struggling and make surprise attacks by repossessing their property with no prior notificationAs I stated, I will contact an attorney at some point.?

Documentation sent to GM Financial from Bluebird show the funds were paid and never released back to the bankI have also provided documentation that shows the funds were taken and not reversedI'm will to work with GM Financial if possible to resolve the issue

Regards,My father is diseased & he passed away months after obtaining the month lease,leaving my mother whom does not drive due to being in need of a walker & or wheelchair which is why the vehicle only has miles on it & my mother continued to make all payments on time as well as maintaining full coverage insurance when she could have simply terminated lease in May under provision of a death to leasee,GMAC is attempting to charge my mother $disposition ? fee because she is medically unable to drive,this puts GMAC under violation of elder abuse & medical discrimationIf this unjust & illegal charge is not cleared & *** ***? surviving spouse of *** *** be made whole,we will be contacting our attorney to pursue our claim of elder abuse & discrimination by GMAC.?

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I never received a telephone call in regards to late charges? What sense would it make to pay a loan in full and just leave late charges owing? Had I known there was a balance it would have been taken care of at that time as well! Also, the loan company had my address incorrectly as McMinnville, Oregon not McMinnville,TN for the majority of my contract time so that may explain why a letter was never received by me, if indeed a letter was sent! ? I realize I that this complain is a major waste of my time and Revdex.com resources but it is really the only way an average Joe consumer can warn others of unethical business practices? I have paid the late charges (under duress) but I will continue to dispute the validity of those charges?
