I am rejecting this response because:? It is not a true response? in regards to my issue? -? the personnel at GM? Financial? are simply replying to let me know they are reviewing my complaint and that an answer will be sent as soon as the review is completed.? This is the same tactic they used when they did not respond to the insurance claim - they gave me the run around until the car was sold.? I wish to keep this complaint with the Revdex.com active/open until a true response is received that reflects a sincere, honest, fair? review

I am rejecting this response because: I have been enrolled in automatic payments! They come out every month and all of them have clearedI talked with GM Financial customer service, and she assured me that your computer system is at fault with a glitch and she confirmed it was an error on your automatic payments system for many customers, in January, and you are now manually entering the payments manually because of that errorI am not the only customer having this issue, ? so please don't try to ? portray that your are not aware of your system errorsI have sent the bank statements to your company customer service through email which she received and again confirmed it was your error, not mineAll of the calls were recordedPlease review them, ? and become more informed with your business practicesI ? shouldn't have to help you resolve this when you ? have revieved proof from me, especially since im currently on vacationI have never missed a payment in my year credit history, and your companies incompetence is not going to change thatThis will be resolved, and I will retain my attorney if you want to continue to blame your companies incompetence on me.Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoke to my financial institution several times, one time was a conference call with a representative from GM, and the check my bank sent was cashed by GM on Sep I faxed proof of funds to GM over a week ago, and was told be the last representative I spoke with that they do not have access to see if that was receivedI spoke with my bank today and told them GM claims to have refunded the money on Sep 17, and they informed me they have not received any refund from GMThey are in the process of providing me with a formal letter to to provide to GM stating that there was no refund issued

GM has answered my complaint by telling me to call after I make my paymentsI have done this back in March and April of and nothing was done with my complaint through GMI see no reason to repeat this process again because I've had no results from the first two months of my attemptI would like my over payment of? $to be taken from my principal each monthSince January 2018, I have called multiple times to GM Financial and have never received a positive response

I was told when we returned the car in Decthat I owed nothing on the car because my name was not on the loanNow on April I get a bill saying he owes 4720.00?? And the bill is in his nameHe died in November of and we gave the dealership ( *** *** ** *** *** **) a copy of the death certificate.? Why am I getting a bill in his name months later?

I am rejecting this response because:Your practices are extremely unethicalThe fact that you received payment for the car prior to the payment date and you are still choosing to ding my credit report which will take years to removed due to a lack of misunderstanding between me and one of your CSRAs I stated previously I was not informed that the insurance payment would not cover my monthly payment and as soon as I received a call from a representative I paid any owed balancesWith your research you can see that I have never missed a payment on this account until this incident of miscommunication and you still choose to turn a blind eye to this factDue to your lack of understanding of the situation I will be refinancing my new auto loan with someone else

and Mr*** entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract for the Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $56,at an interest rate of 12.50%The contract terms you agreed upon, state the loan would be repaid in monthly installments in the amount of $1,per month, beginning on November 2,
Although you have advised GM Financial that, through divorce proceedings, Mr*** was awarded the responsibility for this loan, the contractual obligation remains for all parties
Unfortunately, we are unable to remove you from the contract, both parties will remain equally and jointly obligated for the terms and conditions of the contractPlease note, GM Financial does not offer refinancing, but Mr*** does have the option to refinance the loan in his name with another lender
