entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) with *** *** *** for the Nissan Xterra in the amount of $14,at an interest rate of 21.00%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning November 14,
On April 9, 2017, the vehicle was involuntarily repossessed, as allowed by the contractAt this time the account was days past duePlease be aware, numerous efforts were made to contact you regarding the status of your accountThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws
The “Notice of Right to Redeem” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” were mailed to your address of record on April 11, These notices explained what you would be required to pay in order to redeem your vehicleThe vehicle was sold at auction on May 19, 2017; the statutorily required “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to the address of record on June 2, to inform you of the remaining balance owed after sales proceeds were deducted
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account

My reason for rejecting the response is that GM financial ? never told me or explain that only certain percentage ? of my payment towards the car was going towards the car payment GM financial is trying to defraud meIt's unfair how GM financial is operating their business, ? it's very unfair and frustarting to consumers? Thank you for the documentation you provided? For the record,d I did not receive the letter you enclosed dated June 15, which would have certainly prompted me to contact you at that point? On the billing statements where they refer to the deferments as? possibly resulting in a higher final payment, the language is that of a predatory lender covering up what should be unlawful lending and underwriting practices when ? possibly resulting in a higher final payment equates to $3,after you would have been repaid the amount of the $20,loan in full AND interest equal to the amount of the loan.? ? If all GM Financial can offer is some other outlandishly ridiculous repayment terms from your Expired Loan Department,? ? then I consider your response unacceptable? I hope the Revdex.com reviews this complaint at length and posts it on its website under GM Financial, Fort Worth, TX so all consumers can become aware of your practices? For my part, I will post your practices, along with a copy of my payment records on facebook, twitter and all other social media and consumer outlets? I will also contact my State Attorney General's Office along with the Texas State Attorney General's Office where your offices are located? Hopefully there is already a class action suit against you that I can join in? ?

Your answers to customers are unbelievableWhy can no one give a straight answer, all you do is repeat the same thing again and againI will be contacting the VENTRRANS ADMINISTRATION AND ALSO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICEI asked you to please not send me your customer service number again, because all they are is rude to meI would appreciate a phone call from someone who can give me some answers about why this happenedAlso, why I cannot get any answers from anyone and why your customer service representatives can treat people the way they doHow it is fair that you can send an email for repossession the day before it is repossessed.?

I already requested GM Financial to fix my credit reporting as it has damaged my credit and GM Financials has failed and as per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) I am going to dispute the accuracy of this item directly to the credit reporting agencies and have a FCRA case against GM Financials.GM financial has failed to provide any proof of notice and recordings of payment reminder/ collection notices and I would also report it to state on unfair and deceptive practices statutory law and also to consumer protection office that GM Financial has violated section 1681-2(a) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.? This is totally unfair and not acceptable and I have full rights to get justice!? ?
