That is very good business practices that your ,so called company keepsHowever, our documentation never stated otherwise and if you had so rightfully purchased the company when you say then why, tell me, did you send us a letter telling us basically that we were late for a payment when the account has been previously paid offGM Financial or as many people put it...Government MotorsBail out kings of the USA, ? It is then quite obvious to my spouse and I but dumb founded to you all that you had no comprehension of the payoff what so ever till you then realized your ignoranceThis is over now that we have spoken to the lawyers and they will direct us where to tell you to go from hereYou will be receiving our documentation that we have that we know you do not possess and then you can barbeque it, eat it and digest the truthThat is something your company knows nothing about, even if it bit you in the backsideWe will as much as possible make sure our review of your Business Ethics , as poorly as they are, don't go unnoticed! Thank God we are done with this company and its heathens!

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. We apologize that you feel that you have been misled; however, how we will figure the Finance Charge (“interest”), apply payments, and how late or early payments change what you must pay is clearly reflected on page of your contract in the first section titled “Finance Charge and Payments”.? By signing the contract you agreed to the terms and confirmed that before you signed the contract that it was given to you and that you were free to take it and review itHow payments have been applied to your account balance has always been clearly conveyed on your monthly billing statements.? Each time a payment is made the next billing statement will reflect the breakdown of the payment into principal and interestCopies of your last three billing statements have been included for your reviewPlease understand that how much interest you pay over the life of this loan is completely determined by how you make your monthly payments, early, on time, or lateThe amounts reflected on the face of your contract in the “Federal TruLending Disclosures” section was calculated based on the assumption that you will make every payment on? the date it is dueShould you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial

Within the contract, you promised to pay the amount financed of $24,and a finance charge of $12,which would result in a total of payments of $36,966.24, if all payments are made on the contracted date they are dueIt is important to understand that this contract is a “simple interest” contract, meaning that interest is accrued daily on the unpaid portion of the amount financed, as indicated on the face of your contractExplanation of interest accrual, application of payments, and how late or early payments change what you must pay is explained on page two of your contract under the section titled “Finance Charge and Payments”By signing the contract, you agreed to abide by these terms, including paying the principal amount plus finance charges accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 15.15% in installments of $513.42, and any other charges within this contract? A review of your account activity and payment history reflects that additional interest accrued over the life of the loan due to payments being made after the scheduled due date, three due date changes, and deferments that were processed at your requestThroughout the time your account has been active, deferments were processed for the months of October and November of Because of the due date changes and deferments processed at your request, the maturity date of the account moved to September 15, ? A deferment agreement was e-mailed to you at *** on October 17, 2011; and our records reflect that you acknowledged this agreement online on the same date with an Acknowledgement number of Within this agreement you were advised that interest will continue to accrue during the month(s) deferred on the unpaid balance of the contract at the rate specified in the contract and any deferment fee collected may not be sufficient to pay this accrued interest, and that this would result in a final higher payment due at the end of your contract on the new maturity dateAn additional notice regarding interest accrual was reflected on the first billing statement following the deferred installment period.? On September 15, 2015, one year prior to the maturity date of your contract, the Simple Interest Maturity Notice was mailed to all parties to the Contract at their last known addressThis notice advised you of the balance of your account as of the date of the notice and that based on your payment amount and the balance of your account, it was anticipated that your final payment due at maturity will be more than your regular monthly payment amountInterest accrual was again explained within this notice.Finance Charges have been assessed as per your contract and within the maximum amounts permitted for this sale by state or federal lawAdditional copies of your Contract, Account Payment History, the electronically acknowledged deferment agreement, the billing statement dated November 20, 2011, and the Simple Interest Maturity Notice mailed to you on September 15, 2015, have been mailed to your address of record for your reviewPlease allow 7-business days to receive.? At this time the payoff amount for your account is $2,726.53, good for ten days through June 26, This amount includes the following:PRINCIPAL AMOUNT:? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? $2,699.71INTEREST DUE:? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? $26.82INTEREST PER DAY:? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? $1.11? Please understand that once your maturity date expires, the remaining balance becomes due in full and the account will continue to report to the credit bureau reporting agenciesIf you are unable to pay this balance in full at one time, GM Financial provides assistance in the form of a Final Installment Payment Agreement, where the remaining balance is rescheduled for a specified timeframe at 0% interestAfter your loan matures on September 15, 2016, and if you would like to take advantage of this assistance, please contact GM Financial’s Expired Loans department at ###-###-####.? Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please contact GM Financial’s Customer Service department at ###-###-####.? Sincerely,GM Financial

I am rejecting this response because: your response admits violating the terms of the contractIt says you may change the scheduled payments, not you may change the scheduleSo the charge for immediate payment of the taxes was improperTherefore the repossession was unlawfulThis means GM Financial broke the terms of the contract when you repossessed the vehicleMy desired solution remainsI want this properly reported to the credit reporting agencies as all payments on time and that GM Financial unlawfully and unilaterally terminated the lease without causeAdditionally, I want reimbursement for the travel I've had to pay for without the vehicleIn exchange, I'll consider this matter resolved to our mutual satisfaction and agree to not seek further damages
