I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my first rejection, despite what the author of the email claims, I was able to handle this issue with absolutely no concern on the part of the GM Financial people I spoke with regarding my my name not being on the lease agreement. Clearly there is something wrong with the business practices of GM Financial regarding these types of issues, or some re-training needs to occur. Simply restating that you can not share any information with me regarding this lease account because I'm not listed on it is ridiculous, and a clear indication that you didn't even read my last response. There simply is no need for you to continue to inform me of a business practice your people clearly don't adhere to. No matter what canned response you send me is going to excuse the fact that GM Financial took over a month to return my extra payment.

I am rejecting this response because:  You have billed me TWO months in a row for $12.71 ($25.42) which I have paid.  My credit should be for that amount PLUS 3/4 months of lease payments not yet due.

1) It does not require multiple hard inquiries of a credit report in a 24 hour period to secure a lease. 
2) I did not authorize multiples pulls of my credit. Please provide authorizations for multiple pulls signed by me as well as the name of the individual who clearly explained that multiple credit pulls would take place with a single financial institution for a single lease agreement  3) Unacceptable business practice.

Financial is an indirect lender and all credit decisions are based on the consumer’s credit files obtained by the credit reporting agencies at the time the application was submitted. Additional considerations included income and expenses as listed on the credit application signed by you, as well as the cost of the collateral.
As an indirect lender, we were not aware of any additional information outside of the information obtained from the credit application and the credit reporting agencies. Please understand that all contract negotiations would need to be handled between yourself and the selling dealer.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been enrolled in automatic payments! They come out every month and all of them have cleared. I talked with GM Financial customer service, and she assured me that your computer system is at fault with a glitch and she confirmed it was an error on your automatic payments system for many customers, in January, and you are now manually entering the payments manually because of that error. I am not the only customer having this issue,  so please don't try to  portray that your are not aware of your system errors. I have sent the bank statements to your company customer service through email which she received and again confirmed it was your error, not mine. All of the calls were recorded. Please review them,  and become more informed with your business practices. I  shouldn't have to help you resolve this when you  have revieved proof from me, especially since im currently on vacation. I have never missed a payment in my 12 year credit history, and your companies incompetence is not going to change that. This will be resolved, and I will retain my attorney if you want to continue to blame your companies incompetence on me.Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:it’s a complete and utter disgrace. The company is praying on people that they think they can do so. I made a payment, it was rejected since the company was closed for “system maintance” in no where is that mentioned that it could have been THERE error. What is the point of entering Ashe entering an account if they are going to say it was entered incorrectly?! Also- there was ZERO mention of the fact that the truck was faulty and ended up in the shop not even 6 months later! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD NOT HE IN BUSINESS. THE WAY THEY HANDLE CKNSUMERS IS A DISGRACE. I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT THIS TRUCK. I WILL BEVER ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENTS WITH THEIR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.  I WILL MAKE SURE I PASS ON THEIR INCOMPETENCE TO ANYONE I KNOW.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign any contract that included the stipulation that lease transfers must occur in state only.  GM Financial only imposed this after the fact.  I was never told I could not transfer the vehicle out of state.  This was gross misrepresentation of the product.  GM Financial will end the contract without penalty or allow me to transfer the lease out of state.

GM Financial has not changed its position regarding the request to reimburse any overdraft fees.
Our records reflect that the payment in question was submitted by you via [redacted] SpeedPay. Please note when selecting “Make Payment” within the [redacted] SpeedPay system, you agreed to and authorized this transaction. The payment method you chose to utilize is completely consumer driven, initiated, and authorized. As you were previously advised on June 17, 2016 when processing a payment via [redacted] Speed Pay if the funds do not clear on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made if your financial institution allows. GM Financial does not have the ability to stop or alter any transactions submitted using these payment methods. Therefore GM Financial is also unable to stop the second attempt even if additional arrangements have been made.
Please be advised GM Financial takes all complaints seriously and apologizes for the poor level of service you feel you have received. Please be assured that GM Financial gives customer service a high priority and is totally committed to achieving excellence.
