Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Mr *** not Ms, the complaint shows there math has changedAnd now the lowered my credit rating by reporting my last payment as being over thirty days oldHowever, they fail to address the complaint entirelyThey didn’t explain the $1,balance and how three payments of = 1,It isn’t my job to do there math or to make the monthly reports to the credit bureausFor the last months I have paid, $a month, while the payment was • = $This is more than the late payment of that they are asking, they owe me dollars by my less than perfect math!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: If you looked into my file you will notice that myself and *** from PSECU have stated that the notarized letter that was sent to me was not acceptable to the Department of TransportationThey claim that the money was never received and that just providing the tax number is not proof that the money was sentThat is why I am asking you to provide the cheque number or another form of proof that my tax money was paid to the stateIf the money was sent to the state, it should be no problem proving that it was in a different form other than the letter and the numbers you provided. As for calling your tax department with questions, that is a waste of my timeI have talked to the tax department, escalations department, mangers and others to resolve this issueThe call always ends in "we will phone you back with an answer" and they never doExtremely poor customer service. At this point I am absolutely disgusted with your companyHow many times do I need to request a different form of proof?

I am rejecting this response because: no one reached out to me and the gesture isn’t big enough I received a bill for $$and it was cut to $ Based on my conversation with a Chevrolet service specialist I anticipated, at the most $in damage to the car that would’ve been cut in half by the $damage waiver I received for purchasing the new car

Revdex.com:Please provide this information to the business as requestedThe account number for our old account in question is ***.Our current account is ***.The last four of my social is *** and of my wife who is also on the title is ***If you require additional information, please let me know. Just as a recap, I am disputing the $that was deducted from me after I requested a stop payment because the car had been deemed a total loss prior to the date the payment was taken. The insurance company was willing to pay 100% of the remaining balance on the car and they were quoted at a payoff that was several hundred dollars different from the one I had been quoted at. Which it would appear to me that my quote was without factoring in my payment and with the quote they were provided it accounted for the payment that I requested to be cancelled as the insurance company would be paying the remainder and I could then apply the $towards a new lease through GM Financial. Furthermore, I am disputing the $over-payment that was made in when we leased the car in question. We were trading in a vehicle that was financed through Capital One Auto Finance. At the time, we sent a sizeable insurance check to Capital One to be put towards the remaining balance on the loan and we then financed the remaining negative equity through GM Financial. The negative equity that we financed was about $more than what was owed on the car as we found out several weeks later. Capital One insisted that they sent the remaining balance back to GM Financial since that is where the check originated. I contacted GM Financial numerous times after that and was told that any over-payment would be applied to the payoff/final month lease on the loan. To this day, I never received any documentation showing that the $was applied back to the lease and since the car was total loss, I have since not been able to get any clear information from anyone on whether the $was applied. As far as I can tell, the $was never taken into consideration and there was and continues to be an over-payment on the carAs someone who currently has a GM Financial Lease and is currently in the market for a lease on a truck through the same dealer and GM Financial, I hope that this can be resolved so that I can then apply a refund to a new lease. I have made several attempts to get answers from GM Financial Customer Service and been unable to get any clarification on any of these issues. In several instances, I was told I needed to be transferred to a different department and each time during the transfer process I was disconnected which left me no choice but to proceed with this complaint

The service I was given was horribleWhat I was first told was not honored and was not looked intoNOT only that but I was told prior that when the time comes someone would be able to helpThe guy said only a certain number of deferments are allowed if the funds are available. Help!!!! is all I wanted but I got nothingMy account is not past due, that I understand but why can't a company stand behind what they say? Why am I the only one who gets that the way I was treated was wrong? and why did it take me having to file a Revdex.com complain to get a simple apologize? The manager that I spoke should call and apologize for the way he talked to meLike I didn't matter and neither did me being a customerNO CALL! Bottom line, maybe my credit isn't where it should be but I am a hard worker and during a hardship you can not say that you understand and then say I can't help you. I knew of the deferment in JulyThe guy said you are one month from being able to file for another and we would waive thatWhy would I lie? And then you guys keep saying I just came off defermentMy September and October payment was made early and only my Novpayment was late because of my medical complications which no one seems to care aboutI wish that "I can't help you" was told from the start and not days later after I borrowed money that I surely don't have to pay back because of what your employee told meI will go further. This is just not fairAll I was told was how it would go on my credit and how I could turn the car inKeep in find folks, I'm not even past due. You offer is not acceptable I will share my experience which is unfairI DO NOT accept this offer
