I am rejecting this response because:once again, I sent in the proof that my payment was sent in to youYou are making this difficult even though I have already provided the necessary documentsI am not asking for reimbursement of the extra money paid; I'm simply asking to have the late marks removed from my credit report because of the error and the fact that I have provided proof via bank statementsPlease fix this ASAPPer an email sent by *** ***, the only thing needed was a bank statementShe acknowledged that GM still couldn't find the payment in her system and requested additional documents that my bank, US Bank, does not have since it was an electronic paymentPlease fix the late marks on my credit report since I've complied with your requests and you still could not find my lost payment. I will I'll be obligated to seek advice from an attorney if this is not resolved.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.GM Lease Assumptions stated at the start of the process, it would take 30-days to complete in full GM sent a document stating the process was complete Now, GM is stating no it wasn't, our mistake That is not how things work in an accountable corporate world I am requesting a refund in full for the July payment as this letter is written proof that GM had completed their process The statement saying that it took longer, is unacceptable

GM financial acknowledged that on July 2, they were contacted and made aware that the vehicle we financed with GM Financial was traded in on a new car on June 30, The June payment was due on the 26th of June which made it days past the due date. Our records show that we gave them the dealership name, address and phone number during the July 2nd contact I received a notice in August that the account was past due and they reported it to my creditI called the dealership and they said that they sent the payoff on July 6, 2015. It seems odd that they received the second check that was sent over night and this was the same address that the first one was sent to. I am going to get a copy of the first check and the address it was sent to and attach it to this response. GM Financial seem to have discarded the first check as it was not returned to the dealership or attempted to cash it, in a way to make our last payment seem as being late and to charge us for late fees, extra interest and other fees, so as not to have to refund us an money owed for over payment. Our records show that during the two times I attempted to contact GM Financial between July 6th and again on July 13, by phone, they did not return my callI mailed a letter and attached the sale agreement that showed the new vehicle purchase and the trade in of the GMC Acadia that was financed by GM Financial, but this was also not acknowledged
In response to the response back last of social are ***As of now it is not resolved
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. The breakdown of your monthly payments and how much interest accrued during your deferred installments is reflected on your Account Payment History and has been provided to you on several occasionsThe breakdown of each payment received during a billing cycle is also reflected on your monthly billing statements. A per your Contract, your Annual Percentage Rate is 22.5%The per diem (daily interest amount) changes when the principal balance changesEach time there is an amount applied to the principal balance, the daily interest amount must be re-calculatedIncluded for your review is a copy of a Simple interest worksheet which explains how to calculate the principal and interest of each individual payment for a Simple Interest Contract. GM Financial defers payments for one to up to two months at a timeOur records reflect that you opted to defer two monthly payments at a timeThe three deferment agreements you acknowledged online were for monthly installments eachThe installments being deferred are specified within the deferment agreement. GM Financial’s position regarding this matter has not changed and a balance still remainsYou have satisfied the number of installments specified within your contract; however, the total amount of these payments does not satisfy the full balance owedAs you have been previously advised how much you will owe over the life of this loan is completely dependent on how you’ve paid the account; and as a result of your account payment history, the actual amount you will pay is more than the amount reflected as the Total Sale Price shown in the Truth In Lending Disclosures. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please contact Customer Service at ***. Sincerely,GM Financial

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information GM Financial’s position regarding this matter has not changedAs late fees are a part of your contractual obligation, the title to the Mazda cannot be released until this balance is paid or settledIn an effort to assist you, a member of the leadership team previously offered the maximum waiver of 50% of the late fee balance owed after the amount $is received Please understand that the assessment of these types of fees was the direct result of your account payment historyOur records reflect that you were notified of the balance you owed, including late fees, on your billing statements, each login on MyAccount online, and at the beginning of each phone callThe Late Fee Balance notices were also mailed to your address of record, which matches the address you’ve provided within this complaint Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance with regard to this matter, please contact Customer Service at 1(800)284- Sincerely, GM Financial

this is not acceptable Our rights were violated during this process and the fees are beyond excessivethere are so many complaints and many are talking about a class action law suit regarding this company When the car was taken we paid within minutes and GM was supposed to be open till 8pm we were put on hold at 7:and then the disconnected at 7: The answering machine was picking up when we called back 7:58.the way this was handled was so messed up I have everything recorded due to the fact allstate my insurance company was on the line with me trying to verify coverage since you couldn't find the faxes they had sent. we want a refund and have already had an attorney say we should just one, but the Revdex.com needs to step in and help protect us from companies
