On February 9, I received a response from GM Financial requesting the account number to further research my initial concern. Then I received a response stating that if I believe this is a fraudulent account I am to taken certain actions. When I made my initial call made to GM Financial, I spoke to one of your company customer service representatives. He searched his data base, placed me on hold, then returned and stated to me that he couldn't my name nor account number in his system. I told him that there is an account reporting to the Credit Bureau's with a $6,balance and how do I get this removed. Then I received a letter in the mail confirming my conversation and instructions of how to file a complaint I also hired a credit repair company trying to have this account removed, and then I started to put in complaints with the credit bureaus myself to investigate this account.
It's a simple question: Do you have an account in your system with the provided account number and my name in your financial/data system? If not, please have the information removed from the Credit Bureau's immediately. the
It's obvious to me that by re-directing me to file out more paperwork to file a fraudulent case, I clearly have my answer that you don't have my name nor an account number. I would suggestion to have one satisfied customer, because of the many complaints I have reviewed, to fix this situation. I don't enjoy the ramifications of having my reputation tarnished especially when it affects my family. This is the only account keeping me from purchasing a home. I had been homeless and leaving with relatives for two years.
I need a response within days.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the business in regards to these payment plans, and was told upon both times of contact that these plans were no longer being continued, as one was set up in errorI dont understand how I was told by two different people that these payment plans were cancelled, and that there is no issue with a double payment being charged both times, especially after an entire months head notice, and I even spoke to a representative the day before my second payment was processedTherefor, this means that I was given incorrect information from both representatives I had spoken with (who also could not find any record of other people speaking to me) and therefor caused a multitude of hassling effectsIf the employees of the company cannot let their consumers know that a plan wasnt actually cancelled (a plan that the business itself had to cancel as stated by multiple employees) let alone tell me that the second payment was already PENDING to be processed therefor causing an overdraft of funds in my account, how can I believe in the reliability of any statements made by the company, let alone trust them with my funds in the future? I was given information by multiple employees, therefor effecting my financial situation for an extended period of time after with absolutely no resolution and now punishments for disputing through my bank directly, as I now have to way to make payments through that checking account to the business now as it is flagged unreliable and will be bounced, therefor costing me MORE money to open a new account to make a payment

Dear *** ***,
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
On April 30, you signed a retail installment sales contract for a Pontiac GC in the amount of $12,at an interest rate of 10.00%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning June 14,
Please note that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsAs per Maryland state law, a cure notice was mailed to your address of record on September 26, Per this notice, you had until October 11, to cure this defaultOn November 16, 2017, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was over days past dueBased on the review of our internal policies and procedures, GM Financial believes that all state and federal laws have been adhered toThe “Notice of Right to Redeem or Reinstate” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” were mailed to your address of record on February 15,
GM Financial funded the purchase of this vehicle in good faith that all contractual repayment obligations would be honoredRepossession is always unfortunate; however, at this time, we are unable to oblige your request to alter the redemption amount, the amount quoted would need to be paid in full to redeem the unit per state law
GM Financial is both by law and by contract required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit reporting agenciesWhile there are times, and yours is one of them, where we might like to follow our hearts and the equities of the situation and ignore our legal and contractual obligations, we just cannot do soWe understand you are not disputing the accuracy of the credit information we have reported, however we have reviewed the data sent to the credit reporting agencies regarding your account and have determined that the information is accurately reported

I am rejecting this response because:At time of loss and after signing the initial contract I have been paying for GAP coverage, and was told that as soon as payment was received by GM Financial that the GAP coverage would take in effect I am certainty not going to make payments on this loan when I have already made and maintained GAP coverage insurance at time of purchase My complaint is not regrading the loan itself it is regarding the GAP Insurance By initialing GAP insurance coverage I agreed to pay a extra portion included in my monthly loan payment, in return if and when the vehicle is determined a total loss by accident - then it was my understanding contractually that this coverage would take care of the difference My vehicle was determined a total loss by my insurance on March 7th, Contractually, GAP Coverage which I have already paid into should take effect there after as explained at time of purchase This was my included in my original complaint and I deem it still valid.
