I bought Jordan sneakers for my son . They came ripped , creased and obviously not the real thing as stated . They are not leather , poor quality :(
Trying to return these sneakers has become a project . Unanswered phone calls and emails . I put 140 on a American Express card and I will also call them to help with situation . I want this company to be accountable. Sitting here with a crying child who got garbage !

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. This company gets such poor results and reviews it should be investigated

Both of these orders have been authenticated 4 days ago, I reached out to a specialist about the order and told them that it's been three days and the package still hasn't been dropped off to the carrier they emailed me back within a few minutes and told me that it was just authenticated and that in a few days if everything goes good the package will be getting sent off. So I waited. two days later the package still hasn't been sent off so I called the carrier and asked the carrier are there any updates the carrier stated that the shipping label was created over a week ago and it's weird that the package still hasn't been dropped off to the facility so I needed to contact the shipper I contacted GOAT again about both orders yet no one has attempted to get back to me and let me know what's going on. For (2) pair of shoes I received (4) tracking numbers one with DHL and another with UPS nether companies have the packages.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know when my item are being dropped off for delivery and witch shipping company it's actually dropping the package off since I was giving two different tracking numbers with two different companies.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 6 Retro LTR 'Flint'. Paid for them through Afterpay in full but never received them. GOAT claims shoes were delivered.
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 6 Retro LTR 'Flint' on 12/19/19. My order number is ***. I paid *** total, which includes *** in tax and *** shipping. They were paid for through Afterpay, which is an installment option where you pay for an item every two weeks interest free in four easy payments. I had to pay in full due to not wanting to mess up my account because I had other orders through them. My tracking number is *** which is provide by UPS, who claims the shoes were shipped on 12/20/19 and delivered to my address on 12/23/19. The issue I have with this is that UPS never knocked on my door, and when I went outside once I received notification that the shoes were delivered, nothing was there. GOAT however claims shoes were delivered via UPS but UPS claims that a file can't be claimed due to me signing to a liability waiver even though I was home the entire day and was awaiting my purchase which was a Christmas gift. So I reached out immediately to GOAT via email and through the app, since there's no hotline to call, on 12/23/19 when I realized what happened. I didn't hear a response back through email until 12/26/19 after the holidays of course. It was basically an automated message asking what was the issue with my order and them asking how they could help. I told them the issue I had and requested a refund due to shoes not being delivered and they said that because I signed a waiver by UPS in which made them non-liable, a claim couldn't be filed through UPS or GOAT. GOAT took me through a series of processes. I emailed my responses to *** the first couple of days. Then my responses were handled by *** who made me fill out an affidavit and it took two weeks after me emailing them with all my information including the affidavit, for *** to email me that GOAT's insurance couldn't do anything and that I should get into contact with my banking institution. Which I did and my credit union told me that because it was a purchase I intended on making that they too couldn't do much about the purchase.

Desired Outcome

I would like either a refund NOT a store credit or the shoes I originally ordered in the same condition and size

I'm not satisfied with the response Goat gave me. Unless they directly give me a refund. I've contacted UPS and my bank, and they're all saying the same thing, theres nothing they can do. I've exhausted all my resources.

Bought 3 pairs of Nike to Goat described as NEW.
The 3 of them are full of defaults (glue, marks..)
Resent them and ask for a full MONEY refund.
Orders placed at Goat are :

I received the 3 pairs and they all have defaults of glue spots \ marks / dirt although orders status described them as NEW.

I resent on the 25 of february the 3 pairs AT MY EXPENSE. Although GOAT return policy states that they should provide me returns labels.

As this company service is not able to provide real NEW shoes, I don t wanna get credits as a refund and go for the same story again and again.

I want full refund of the 3 orders as MONEY. Not credits.

Their return policy is not applicable as they didn't sold me NEW items and were not able to provide me return labels.

They are refusing to refund me MONEY using their return policy as a reference although they adapt it to serve only themselves (ex: return labels)

The shoes are not NEW and the problem have to be seen between them and the sellers that proposed them for sale. I want my money back.

I do not agree with your answer. All of your positioning is abusive.
1. YOU decide of what is new or not especially when it comes to satisfy your business. Glue, marks and dirt is NOT something NEW. And I did NOT paid overpriced pairs for this level of quality.
2.YOU decide that money magically transform into credits to satisfy your business. In real world, when you get a product that is NOT sold as described, money is sent back. That's it.
3. YOU decide that your shoes are authentic and new to satisfy your business. But no you never provide any sources of authenticity and even with your tons of assets to check, you sell poorly graded shoes as new.
Nothing is « common » in all this. Everything is NOT business and certainly not trustable. Just abuse.
I m sure you can sell your « common » degraded new shoes to someone that don't care.
I want my money back for the 3 orders with a full refund.

GOAT finally had to accept to refund MONEY based on this claim and 2 made at my bank and one case opened in Paypal.
I just don't understand how they can offer credits as refund in 2020. This is just unacceptable and fair. Especially when there is such a lack of quality control which their reason to be.
Moreover, shipping back cost me 121 euros of postage and I had 3 x 85 euros of custom fees. This story cost me 376 euros of taxes and shipping and they have the nerve to NOT refund me 40 dollars on 2 of the 3 orders for the initial shipping. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND GOAT AGAIN.

I'm filing this complaint because I tried several times in resolving my refund issue. My account has been closed and my refund has not been returned.

I purchased through Afterpay which they are still trying to collect money from me. I returned the merchandise back to the company, which in this case I was returned via store credit. I asked that my account be closed because I was not satisfied with there customer service. I asked how will my store credit be released either back to me or back to Afterpay. Noone responded. I'm at the point where I will be seeking legal actions and filing a lawsuit.

Desired Outcome

I would like an adjustment or refund be made to Afterpay since I was told once my account is closed I can no longer reopen it. If that's the case, the company should not keep the merchandise and my money. So I'm paying on a product I do not have in my custody.

I was trying to mail a return to them but mailed the incorrect package to their facility. I am trying to have this pkg sent back to me.
I had placed an order for shoes order# ***. They allow 3 days to return the product for a refund. I requested the refund label on 2/7/20. Returned the package on 2/10/20. I was returning two packages that day and mistakenly put the label on my other pkg which contains $350 worth of *** dresses. *** contacted me to let me know they received shoes instead of the dresses. That merchant did send me back the shoes, However I am trying to get these dresses back so I can send them to ***. I contacted Goat on 2/17/20 to have advise them on what occurred. They do not have a phone number or direct email address. The only way to reach them is by opening up a case on their website. I was told that the warehouse was aware of the issue and they would keep a lookout for my package. This was a return so thr pkg would be received as a return. I have Responded through their case system on an update but have not heard back from anyone. I have attached a copy of the tracking number which shows the package being delivered on February 12 at 12:31 PM.I just would like the package returned back to me since it is worth a lot.

However,I am still waiting for the invoice to be sent to me via Paypal so I can pay the requested *** return fee. I sold two pairs of trainers to goat in the past couple of weeks, they received the items on time as promised, my mobile telephone number changed in the meantime and I informed the goat team regards this, they are refusing to change my phone number on my account so that I can cash out the money for my trainers I sold them, nearly 300 dollars , I email and email them and all I get back if I am lucky is a smarmy email saying ' stop emailing your slowing down the process' all they have to do is change my mobile number on my account as it won't let me do this myself, once this is done I can get a verification number to my new number for security purposes and then withdraw the funds in my account , this has been going on back and forth now for nearly two weeks it's totally ridiculous, I just want the money I am owed and I will never ever use this company again .

I would give a negative star if it would allow. How is this company able to stay in business!! This is ludacrist. My daughter made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes from Goat last year. The entire process was a nightmare and the shoes had to be returned. Tried to use the credit a couple of months ago-still a nightmare! We had not received any information(once again) about the order placed 2 months ago. My daughter has reached out - no response. NEVER again!

I need my phone number changed so I can cash out.
I just sold 5 pair of shoes and when I went to cash out I couldn't do so because they sent a code to my old phone number. I sent a few emails to goat on 2/18/20 and they replied saying to give them 48hours to change. Well nothing has been changed yet. They have no phone number. All they have to do is change my phone number and I will be able to cash out.

They did fix the problem it just took a couple weeks

I ordered a pair of shoe at Sunday, 16/2/2020. The seller doesn't make a shipment in time and GOAT doesn't respond to all my emails.
I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOE AT SUNDAY 16/2/2020 WITH ORDER NUMBER #XXXXXXXXX. IT'S BEEN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND THE SELLER DOESN'T MAKE A SHIPMENT TO GOAT!!!. THEY SAID THE FIRST SELLER FAILD TO SHIP IN TIME AND THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE A NEW SELLER!!!. BUT IT WAS STILL THE SAME!!!. THE NEW SELLER DOESN'T MAKE A SHIPMENT TO GOAT IN TIME!!!. I have not received my shoes within the timeframe promised, even though they were pre-authenitcated.
I ordered the shoes on 2/16/20 and was supposed to receive the shipment within 4-5 business days. I paid extra to get them here faster, as it was an option because it was pre-authenticated. This means that they did not have to work with a seller, but already had the shoes on hand. All they had to do is ship it to me. I never got a confirmation on it being shipped out and have yet to receive my order. It is now 2/21/20 and my item has still not been shipped.

Goat is horrible.....needed a pair of shoes before our trip.....they never sent them for three weeks.....by then we were out of town on a trip. Once back tried to return and they said they have a 3-day policy and wouldn't accept return or credit. If they would have shipped when they said they would it wouldn't have been a problem. This is a terrible company to do business.

Purchased a Pair of NIke Cortez Kendrick Lamar 3 on GOAT app on February 15th, 2020. The seller confirmed the order on the same day but never shipped.
Purchased the Nike Cortez shoes on February 15th, 2020 and the seller confirmed on the app on the same day. GOAT usually refunds money back to the buyer if the seller confirms but does not ship out the shoes to goat for verification within 72 hours. With no updates from the GOAT app on them receiving any updates on the status of the shoes I decided to emailed them. Thus, I initially emailed goat support on February 19th, 2020 and spoke with "***" via GOAT support. She stated, "upon checking, we are waiting for the update on the tracking information from the seller until the end of the day". However, once I checked my phone & email the following morning, no updates were sent or refund to my account. When I submitted another complaint to the GOAT support app today no response was given.

Therefore, Im seeking a resolution of a full refund of *** to my credit card.

Not all packages are scanned in immediately especially those that were dropped off at the drop boxes.

Here is the timetable once we receive the shoes from the seller:
1-2 days to authenticate and 3-4 days to ship to you. Please note that while most domestic orders are received within 3-4 days from shipment, International delivery times may vary due to customs. You may contact the shipping courier directly for additional information.

I recently ordered shoes, they were too big, returned in the proper time, and ups did not treat the package properly. They said it was my fault.
I recently ordered shoes off of Goat, thinking I would be ok, with shipping and return policies if I needed to. I got my shoes in a good time. They did not fit, so I decided to return them and thinking I would get my money back. I unfortunately did not get my money back which is now used as "credits" on the account. I wanted to get a new pair in a smaller size but I got an email saying that the box for the shoes was "destroyed" so now they gave me two options that I could only choose from. The options were to sell them on my account or send the shoes back to me with shipping prices. It was not my fault that the box was damaged. I sent the package back properly and they are blaming me. I have all the pictures and emails they sent me if you need anything. All I want is the same shoes I ordered but in a 7.5. I did not expect it to go this far but I would like my money back or even just a pair of new shoes. If you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated!

I would like to get my money back instead of shoes. Having my money on my account being used as "credits" is not the way I expected!

Our specialists noted the following issue(s): badly damaged box. Please refer to the photos that have been sent to you in regards to this order.

Unfortunately, your return was denied because it was not in accornadce to our return policy. We are not able to accept items that are not in the same perstine codnition shipped to you.

You were asked to advise us on how you would like to proceed by selecting either of the two options below

Option A: Consign the sneakers with us. We will re-list the sneakers for you under your account at the original price paid. Once the sneakers sell and the order has been processed, you will receive payment according to GOAT's Fee Policy. You may change the listing price at any time within the app.

Option B: Have the sneakers shipped back to you. Please note shipping costs may vary based on the weight, location, and value of the sneaker. These costs include the shipping both to and from our facilities. Once paid, we will send you the tracking information to follow the shipping progress.

As advised due to no repsonse within 14 days, we will proceed with Option A and consign the item on your behalf and activate the listing at the original selling price. You may change the listing price at any time within the app.

You are also able to request this be shipped back to you if the item does not sell.

Goat refuses to assist in changing my phone number on my account so I can cash out my earnings from a sell
I have used the goat platform to sell a pair of sneakers on the app, when the sneakers were purchased for *** USD goat took 9% leaving me at a cash out of *** USD, The problem occurs when attempting to cash out my funds as their is a 2 step authentication system with my old phone number on it. I contacted goat to please change my number I chatted with a person named Irish and she authenticated my account then told me to please wait 48 hours at the latest since the ticket is being escalated. It is now the 11th day and they have ignored several emails I have sent asking for a response. Secondly I created a new ticket and spoke to a person named *** and I asked him about the situation in which he sent two automated generic messages and closed my case without allowing me to ask another question, I proceeded to try again and someone named *** did the same thing and proceeded to give me another generic copy and paste message and again closed my ticket. The original ticket on changing my phone number is still open and no one will reply it has been 11 days and I am worried they will try and not allow me to cash out my funds.

I am just simply seeking for goat to reach out and change my number on my account so i can cash out my funds that is all.
