Item not verified and shipped after receiving item from the seller. 2 weeks have gone by after it was received by the warehouse.
Order number- #XXXXXXXXX. Model number of shoe-#ATXXXX XXX. I placed my order on March 4th 2020, it was received by goat around March 9th 2020. Since then the item hasn't been verified and shipped, it has been 2 weeks now since they received the item. Goat was paid $168.80 by me. I tried my best to refrain from doing this during these tough times, but since the item was received by them way before, I had to. I did contact goat customer service, and didn't find it much fruitful. I am a person who has always trusted goat, and never stockx. Being a loyal customer I would like them to resolve this.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the shoe by Monday, as I would be moving after then. If the shoe wasn't verified to be in new condition like the seller claimed and it cannot be delivered to be by Monday( after being verified as new), I would like to receive a refund.

I received the wrong shoes and GOAT isn't responding to my emails.
I received the wrong shoes on 3/20/20 ; I ordered Air Foamposites Pro Chrome White and received PG 4s. I opened a ticket with GOAT on 3/20/20 (immediately after seeing the shoes).

I received two replies, the 1st was from *** asking for me to send pictures and saying they'll extend the return time; the 2nd was from *** on 3/20/20 at 10:14 pm (I received it at 1:14 am on 3/21/20) affirming that I'll receive an a update within 48 hrs and for ME to reach out to THEM if I don't hear back. I'm not sure why a company needs me to follow up with them if they got my order wrong.

I paid for my order with a visa debit card ending in *** on 3/14/20 The shoes I ordered cost $185 plus $10 shipping.

NO RESPONSE and it's 3/25/20 on the day of this complaint.

placed order X-X-XXXX still no shoes. they will not refund they say in route but UPS still doesn't have it to ship.Shipping status same as of 3-11-20.
I placed and order 3-9-2020. per UPS shipping label created but not product and that hasn't changed as of today 3-25-2020. Everytime I email the company they say refer to our customer service but their isn't one. I get the exact same response every time. I have ask for a refund which they say they cannot do. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT TO THEIR COMPANY. I would like a refund to my debit card which was my form of payment. There is no answer at the number I found to call.Everytime they either tell me to refer to tracking # and when I do the status is still the same or to contact support team.

This is the exact same response I have been getting since March 11. They took my money and if they can't get the product to the place to ship it they should give me full refund (as I have already requested 2 times and still get this automated response) to my original payment NOT A CREDIT TO THEIR SO CALLED STORE. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

We can close this case now. They had sent me a UPS tracking # in the beginning and thats what they told me it was being shipped through so that's what I had been checking each time they said it was en route . So yesterday I received the shoes from Fed Ex.

Someone ordered a pair of shoes with my account and card. GOAT has poor customer service and cancellation so I can't cancel the order on short notice
This started today, March 23, which is also the date of the purchase. Order # XXXXXXXXX. At around 5:15 PM I received a notification that "I" had bought a pair of Jordan shoes for the price of 215 dollars in addition to a 10 dollar delivery fee. I myself never ordered them and have never seen the pair before, nor the Miami FL address listed, being from CT myself. However, since the purchase had been made seconds ago, I figured I could cancel the order, as GOAT's stated policy is a three hour period to cancel, or before buyer confirmation. However, the purchase was instantly confirmed and allowed to bypass the advertised GOAT inspection, leaving me without the ability to cancel the fraudulent order, return the shoes(as they were being sent to a different state), or contact their customer service, as they provide no phone # and an exceedingly slow system by which to contact them. Every review of their site and platform makes mention of this horrific customer service and it needs to be rectified.

I hope I am reimbursed for the pair of shoes and that their horrific platform is either rehabilitated or destroyed

Bought 2 Brand new pairs of high end shoes (Off-White Air Max) off this app (at different times) and they sent me the shoes without all of the original stuff that comes with the shoes. They offered a $25 onsite credit but you cannot buy what they had not sent me with the shoes on their app. Their customer service is literally a computer sending you the same message regardless of what you reply to it which is also annoying. Their job is to authenticate shoes and make sure they are in the exact condition as posted and GOAT fails at that. I do not recommend using them at all. Their are many other apps that I've found better for buying NEW shoes like stock x and Grailed for USED shoes.

I purchased shoes on 3/6/ 2020 paid *** recieved on 3/17/2020 I opened my package and noticed shoes were damaged bad stitching and this company claims to have verified shoes before they are sent to a customer I email them that same day I was asked for pictures and they claimed to have escalated my concerns and that someone would get back to my in 48hrs after 48 hrs I contacted them again and still no response today 3/22/2020 I received a message stating that my account has been deactivated upon my request I never asked them to cancel my account all I asked for was my money back

I'm very disappointed on how my situation was handled and as a shoe collector I know that this is a lie and I dont want damaged shoes if this was listed on the description I would have never purchased even if I was to go to an actual store I wouldn't buy them so I dont understand why I have to be force to buy an item in this condition and then ignored for 5 days when you can only return in 3 days makes no since and now I'm only being offered credit I'm not going to purchase anything from your company the credit is no good for me why should I keep being forced to purchase something from a company that is a total scam I want my money back in original from of payment.

I received the wrong item and haven't heard back from them regarding my refund.
I ordered the Nike Air Max 97 'Script Swoosh' on 3/15/20 for *** The subtotal was *** after taxes and shipping. I purchased through Afterpay, so it's 4 payments of *** My order number is XXXXXXXXX. The SKU is CKXXXXXXX. I received the (wrong) shoes on 3/20/20. The shoes received are Nike Foamposite Pro's. I reached out to customer service on 3/20/20 and haven't received a response. Their window for returns is 3 days and I do not want to lose the opportunity to return because they're taking too long to respond. The company guarantees that all of their products go through verification/authentication before being shipped to customers, but clearly this did not occur. I would like a refund NOT in the form of GOAT credit because this mistake is completely their fault and I do not wish to purchase from them again.

My husband order the new yeezys from their website we received them today and for our surprise we received a Nike shoes with a panda on it we paid $330 for yeezys and ended up receiving a pair of ugly shoes.

I placed this order in January and when it didn't arrive in February, I contacted customer support. I was asked to fill out an affidavit for insurance purposes, which I did, and was told weeks later that GOAT wouldn't be refunding me and that I should contact my bank for reimbursement. I've since contacted GOAT and my issue still hasn't been resolved.

This is not my bank's responsibility. I bought shoes from GOAT, which I did not receive, and GOAT needs to take responsibility. I'm extremely disappointed in GOAT's customer service and will no longer be purchasing shoes from GOAT.

This company as a whole need to be shut down. I purchase a pair of shoes on March 5th been shipped verified and everything. Today's date is the 19th of March it's been 2 weeks still haven't received an UPS confirmation saying it's been shipped. No delivery date nothing on top of that I also had another shoe that made to their facility today also. How I get tracking number before being verified that's *** backwards to me. What they going to hold that shoe for 2 weeks to. I been asking for a refund for the first shoe keep getting the run around with the same emails by different employees. I advise anyone and everyone DO NOT BUY them.

My boyfriend purchased him self and I YEEZYS for my birthday FROM GOAT. when we received them we KNEW there was something off about the shoes. We compared them to our other shoes AND they were DIFFERENT a friend of mine who works for a shoe company told me she was CERTAIN ours were fake. When we emailed goat they worked with us and gave us the credit back after a week. WE DEMANDED the money back because we would've never purchased had we knew they were fake. The app is great and had promise but it's a Scam if you ask me. The company tries on the honesty of the seller which is dangerous. For my only order of over 400 dollars the shoes were received by GOAT from the seller and then magically disappeared? There was an issue with the courier they wanted to use them they said they were escalating, and now five days after reporting the issue I'm just being ignored and not given either a reason to where my shoes are OR even better just issuing a refund. This is false advertisement and fraud on their part. Seems like they are double dipping and getting shoes from sellers saying they are lost and reselling for double value. I will never use GOAT again and I will be resorting this to my company as we are their largest platform for marketing.

Submitted a ticket for shipping out shoes with incorrect info and Goat has not responded to my claim.
I opened a ticket with Goat on 3/14 in regards to shoes that were mistakenly shipped with the wrong label. They have not responded and cancelled the sail. I sent them the sales numbers and tracking info and have received no response. The two order numbers were *** and ***. There were two pairs of shoes sent that Goat will now receive and will not pay out on one as they cancelled the order without responding.

Horrible! Ridiculous fees and shipping time. Never order from here!

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a pair of golf shoes for a fundraising golf tournament. 2 weeks after order I still didnt hear anything. Wrote an email asking where they were. The next day I received an email saying they were "escalating" the email and I would hear a response at most in 48 hours. 5 days later emailed them again to inquire what was going on. The next day, day 6, I recieved an email from a guy named "Sonny" who said it was UPS fault and basically didnt know where they were. I asked for a refund since the golf tournament
had passed *** heard nothing back for 2 days. "Sony" then said per their policy they could not refund at the time and I had to wait another 3 weeks before they would even look into the refund. I wrote back conveying my displeasure with the matter, and never heard back from them again. I also never recieved an email from them saying it ever shipped through UPS which I had on previous orders. I collect sneakers and will not be using them again. I believe they purchased FlightClub in 2018, which is a bummer, but will now take my business to StockX who have been great so far since I started using them. Would give negative stars but that option is not available. If you want to purchase sneakers going forward, I highly recommend going through someone else.
