I have been trying to contact customer service for over a month so I could withdraw money from my account but they just say they will help but don't
On January 8th I contacted goat to change the phone number connected to my account so I could withdraw the money from my sales. They asked me a couple questions at first and then said they have escalated my ticket and I would get a response in 2-3 days. Which I never did. I've tried send more messages in the ticket, no response. If I open a new ticket they just tell me that they will reply to the first one I made and they never do. I have talked to at least 8 different customer reps and still no help, I just get the same responses over and over again. "We have already escalated your other ticket for the same issue" but it's been a month with no help. The ticket that has been open for over a month is #

I just want to be able to get the money out of my account and the high fee the charge should be waived for these transactions for it taking so long.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the GOAT and after conformation of sale the seller canceled my order and doubled the price of shoes.
I used the GOAT app to purchase a pair of Air Jordon Retro 9 boot on Tuesday February 4th, 2020 for the amount of *** I then authenticated my account and received my confirmation of sale. The money came out of my account IMMEDIATELY.. Today, February 7th, 2020 I received and email saying the seller cancelled my order.. I have now been informed that the shoes have been reposted if I'd like to purchase for DOUBLE THE PRICE. So the seller cancelled my order and doubles the price after I already have a conformation of purchase and proof in my app that says I now own the shoes?

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my shoes! So either the company needs to credit my account the other half of the shoe cost or they need to make the seller honor my purchase. Thank you

Seller cancellations can happen for a number of reasons (e.g. they forgot to remove their listing if it sold elsewhere, they failed to confirm the order in the time expected of them, they are out of town and cannot ship, etc.).

We have been penalizing sellers for canceling and this has helped a great deal. If we see a seller has canceled multiple times, we'll be revoking their selling privileges as well.

I know it's a terrible experience to be canceled on, so we do apologize for this. Please know that we are constantly working to improve our platform and hope to eradicate these issues.

Sellers are not able to relist their shoes for 14 days after cancelation.

You can choose to place a new order now via the app/web if the shoes are available or choose to wait for the refund to reflect on your statement before placing a new one. Rest assured, you will not be getting the same seller for your new order.

Goat damaged a collectors box by sending some really expensive shoes that I bought in a used, old cardboard box that ripped open during transit.

Goat shipped my new shoes in an used, old cardboard box that ripped open in transit and damaged the collectors shoe box for the shoes I purchased. I simply asked Goat for a replacement shoe box or a comparable credit and sent pictures of the shipping box they used and the damage to the product. After 20 days they offered me a $20 Goat credit or a return option for a full refund of Goat credit. I told Goat that *** was not reasonable or fair when people on their site sell the same shoes in damaged boxes at an over *** dollar discount. I then told Goat that I wanted to return the shoes and they sent me a shipping label, but no packing slip to include. Then they charged me for the initial shipping (would not give me the full refund) and stopped answering my emails. How do I return something when you do not give me a packing slip and then you say that a packing slip is required?

Desired Outcome

I would just like a reasonable credit for they damage their negligence caused. After reading other complaints, I do not trust Goat to give me a refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes / sneakers for my son for Christmas. After he received them and loved them he wore them twice. However, after two wears the portion on the side of the heel tore in half. I reached out to the company over two and half weeks ago and have heard nothing other then someone will be in contact with me. No one has reached out to me for a refund. I have send multiple emails and filed this claim twice and nothing.

The shoes were new and NEVER worn. It is a complete lie that they were worn and owned for two years!!! How on earth does a company get away with this kind of behavior. This is illegal and I will take this further if need be. That is shameful and a blatant LIE!!

These shoes had been worn ONCE! These shoes that are said to owned and worn for two years is a blatant lie and my order number proves that. They were purchased the week after Christmas in January 13, 2020 *** They were deliver on 1/17.20 and the complaint was filed 1/23/20. How is that 2 years! Condition NEW Proof of order number is attached, proof of delivery is attached and a copy of my bank statement.

I ordered a pair of Kobes from this company (Goat app). When the shoes arrived they were the wrong shoes. Now I can't get ahold of Goat.
I order a pair of Kobe's in honor of his passing on 1/26/20. The shoes arrived close to a week later.

All was normal until I opened the box. The shoes I order were not their. The shoe box described what I order, sku, and description but the shoes in the box was not at all what was supposed to be in the box.

I reached out to goat January 29, got responded to on the 31st saying they would get back to me in 2-3 week days.

Today is February 7, 2020 and I have heard nothing.

I want the shoes I ordered but now the price has increased significantly so I doubt they will give me my shoes.

I'd love to either have my shoes the ones I ordered, or my money and a credit to my acct. for the delay and inconvenience of the lack of customer service.

Goat will not send me my shoes and after finally deciding to pay for it myself they now will not accept any form of payment.
On january 29th 2020 I placed an order with goat under ***XXXXXXXXX. I then emailed them in regards to a change I needed to make in shipping and they made me aware they are not able to change shipping addressess after the order has been confirmed and I then had two options either let the order proceed as normal or place my shoes in Goat storage. I chose to let the order proceed as normal. However, goat decided without my authorization to place my shoes in their storage facility after contacting them about this mistake multiple times I was promised my support ticket was being expedited but after a week I still recieved little to no response and no change in my order. I then decided to just pay for my additional shipping for my shoes but now they will not accept any form of payment including two different debit cards, paypal, and apple pay. I thought that this may be due to me using a mobile device so I went to their website only to find that it is barely functional and doesn't even have half the features of the app.There is no where to access goat storage on the desktop website. I have tried to explain my situation to them multiple times with no understanding or change in my ticket or order. My shoes were expected to arrive on Monday or Tuesday whenI initially ordered and it is now Friday. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service of this company and the way this situation has been handled. Thank you.

I tried to purchase sneakers twice off the website, both sneakers were defective and my account was credited.I would like the money back in my account
On 11/20/19 I ordered a pair of Jordan 3 "Cyber Monday" (#***). The price was $170.17, I was sent an email that the sneakers were not correct and that I could either take the incorrect items with 10% off or have my money returned in credit. I had my money returned and ordered two different pairs(both ordered on 11/30/19) of sneakers.one arrived up to par and correct , while the other arrived defected (#***).On 12/09/19(2:29PM)I then contacted the company with pictures(3:31PM same day) to support why I didn't want the sneakers , I ordered them new and they were defected. I was told that same day a few minutes later to allow three business days for a reply. So on December 12,13,16,18, and the 22nd I contacted GOAT and I received no reply. On the 23rd I opened a new request and they were lost and told me that it's been arrived already which had nothing to do with my compliant. Finally on December 31st I was given the option to keep the DEFECTED sneakers for 15$ in goat credit or receive my refund back in goat credit, I then requested 25$ in goat credit for the ridiculous wait time (January 1st) and I had to wait till January 5th with another reply with a shipping label for my full refund as well as an additional 10$ credit.After I received my refund , I decided I did not want to order anymore from that website and requested my money be released back to my account , they told me that they couldn't do that and that it had to be in credit. I think that is very unfair seeing that it's not my fault they messed up my order . After receiving horrible customer service and have two orders messed up I simply want nothing else to do with this company just my money returned back to my account which I initially payed from back on November of 2019. After ordering shoes from GOAT, the package was lost in transit. GOAT was supposed to get back within 48 hours with resolution. no response
I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT on 1/16/2020. They were a gift for a family member. They were shipped and while in transit they were lost. I confirmed with UPS that the package was lost and they have to contact the Seller (GOAT) to resolve any issues. Goat confirmed this on their end also and said that within 48 hours from 1/31/20 when they received the UPS and my notifications they would get back to me to resolve the issue. I have not received any resolution. They have no customer service number to call. I have tried emailing them numerous times with no response. So now I am out $160 and a gift.

I recently bought sneakers from GOAT and it had a stain and stitching issues. GOAT won't allow me to send them back and only gave me a *** credit
I ordered the Air Jordan Retro 12 'racer pink' on January 3rd. The sneakers were *** and the shipping fee was *** so altogether I paid *** I used a debit card to purchase the sneakers. When I got the chance to open the package after receiving them I noticed a stain and sticking issues with the sneakers. I contacted GOAT and I pretty much got a runaround from them. I had to contact days later to ask for a response just for them to tell me that there isn't anything they can do and they gave me a *** credit.

I received my shoes in the mail and they fell apart!!
I ordered shoes from GOAT received them on January 2, 2020 and once I put them on to try them out, I took 3 steps before the entire sole of the shoe crumbled and deteriorated. I emailed them about my complaint and the lady had the nerve to tell me there's nothing that they can do. You believe that!! Lol shoe soles that crumble obviously aren't real and she declined me a full refund but here's the kicker she gives me a $20 store credit, (I took that as a slap in the face) meanwhile they don't even sell anything that is $20 this is a terrible business and I would absolutely never ever do business with them ever again and I recommend that you don't either and if you do do business with them I wish you the best of luck.

Due to the age of the shoe, it is common for these shoes to crack on/at the midsole of the shoe as they start to age.

Rest assured this is not a result of your shoe not being authentic, but rather a result of the shoe aging. We always suggest caution and care when buying vintage sneakers to customers that plan on sporting them vs storing shoes of this age.

Unfortunately, our return policy (https://www.goat.com/returns) states that we do not accept any returns on vintaged sneakers.

We can see that the reversal of the transaction was processed successfully on 01/27/20 at 2:06 pm. The transaction was reversed before it posted to your account so you may not actually see a refund. You will NOT see a separate credit for these funds because this refund was returned in the form of a reversal, meaning it was created before the funds fully settled to your account. Instead, the original charge should simply drop from your statement. Please reach out to your financial institution

Goat.com have refused to refund my money for a sneaker size I didn't order, instead gave a credit and blocked my account from using this credit.
I purchased a pair of Dior sneakers Mens size 40.5 from Goat.com on 1/09/20 instead I received a size 37.5 kids, when I contacted Goat.com regarding this issue and showed proven pics this was false advertisement, they did not refund my money instead they gave a credit. When I tried to use this credit for another pair of sneakers my purchase was denied by Goat.com. I contacted my bank thinking it was a bank issue and they stated they have no hold on my account, in fact they see I tried to make the purchase numerous times and once I called they gave the release for the purchase. I contacted Goat.com regarding this matter and received no responses. This site need to be closed down, due to no operator and they are scamming people of their money. I have attached the screenshot of me trying to make the purchase and the continuous message I kept receiving.

Shoes were a half size too small. Site wouldnt let me return them (unused) because it was past the 3 day limit after receipt of order. No other site has such an absurd policy.

Customer service staff was unhelpful and fairly unresponsive. They refuse to talk to customers over the phone or elevate issues to proper management. Will never be using this site again.

Ordered shoes and never received them.
On 1.27.20 I ordered a pair of shoes. By 1.31.20 they were authenticated and ready to be shipped. It's now 2.06.20 and by their protocol my shoes should have already been delivered and in possession. However, according to the tracking number they haven't even been picked up to be shipped.

I never received my Goat order.
I ordered a pair *** sneakers on January 4th, 2020 for *** My order number is XXXXXXXXX, I paid through PayPal. I received an email stating that they have been delivered January 9th which was insanely fast for Goat. I was excited until I couldn't find my package. Ive been emailing Goat back and fourth every since then and kept getting told to wait a certain amount of time every time until I can check on the status of their resolution. Couple of weeks passed, then I started receiving the email where it tells me over and over to not email them about the same issue and that they're extremely busy. Then I waited again.. NOW I'm being told that I get nothing!! I don't get my money back, I don't get the pair of shoes I've ordered and never received, or "Goat credit" this is insane. I've even reached out to UPS and was told they didn't deliver my package. Extremely disappointed.

I'm fine with either actually getting the pair of shoes I ordered (with them requiring my signature when delivered) or my money back. *** may not seem like a lot of money for a huge company like Goat, but I've worked so hard to be able to buy myself that pair.

GOAT sent me shoes that were clearly used when they were advertised as being "New". When returned they denied my return alleging that I was at fault.
I ordered a pair of John Elliott x Lebron Icon QS "White" SKU: AQXXXX XXX sneakers for $130 on 1/27/20. Order Number: XXXXXXXXX On GOAT's site the shoes that I bought were listed as "New". I received them on 1/31/20 and as soon as I opened the box I could clearly see that they were worn and used before. There was a noticeable yellow stain on the tip of the left shoe, scuff marks and scratches all over the air units, and the soles of both shoes showed clear signs of wear. These signs completely contradict their advertisement of "New". (I attached pictures that I took before I returned them to GOAT.) Without wearing them, I sent them via UPS to be returned to GOAT the next day. On 2/5/20 I received an email saying, "Unfortunately, your return has been denied because it does not qualify under our return policy. Our specialists noted the following issue(s): used shoe." After this, I got in touch with *** a Service Specialist at GOAT and verified with him what the reason was to why my return was denied. He was consistent in claiming that I was the reason to why the shoes were used. Although I had provided him with pictures of the shoe he continued to claim that I didn't, ignoring the fact that the pictures were further up in the conversation that we had had. Let me note that GOAT does not have any phone number to call, simply an in-app texting service in which *** was not quick in responding at all. He continued to claim that it was my fault that the shoes were used while he has no pictures or proof that it was or that the shoes were new before they sent them to me. I have and provided pictures twice showing that the shoes came used. After providing pictures again and asking to speak to a manager over the phone, I did not hear from *** again. This completely went against their "Assurance of Authenticity". If a pair of sneakers are advertised as "New" then they should come new, not used. They had no proof on their end to support their claim while I had and provided proof to support my claim.

Desired Outcome

I want a complete refund of *** to my credit card, NOT in GOAT credit. I would also like their verification "specialists" to be more careful and observant when doing their jobs.

I don't accept the business' response because I was never told that the return window would be extended. I sent a message explaining what I had observed with the shoes being given to me used, pictures of the shoes themselves, and that I would be returning them to *** a GOAT representative and "specialist", on Friday, 1/31/20, the day I received the shoes. The website says that you have 3 days to return the shoes after you receive them. I gave the shoes to UPS on Saturday 2/1/30 due to the fact that UPS is closed on Sunday and I wouldn't be able to get to UPS on Monday or Tuesday. *** didn't get back to me until after I sent them to UPS on 2/1/20. In this response he gave me the required pictures that he would need, despite the fact that the pictures I had sent him showed the clear signs of usage. By this time it was too late because the package had been sent off to UPS.
The response that GOAT gave to Revdex.com has been the same response that I have been getting from *** over and over again. Since I reached out to them and to this day, 2/13/20, *** and GOAT have failed to provide any photos or evidence that they have that show the shoes did not look used when they sent them out, which clearly implies that they knew about the products defects, sent them to me thinking I wouldn't notice the defects, and don't have any evidence that this was my fault and not theirs. I have asked for this evidence many times, only to get ignored over and over again by them in a very unprofessional manner. They obviously do not have any evidence to support their claim and that is why they keep ignoring the questions that I ask. I continue to get the same response of how they "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience" even though they obviously have no consideration for the customer and do not take any responsibility in this unfortunate, inconvenient, and unprofessional situation.
Again, since they have falsely advertised a product and failed to take responsibility I would like a complete refund of the *** I paid for the shoes.

I don't accept their resolution because they didn't give me a resolution. Additionally, they continue to ignore my request to see evidence on their part that the shoes didn't look used before they sent them to me. They continue to pin the fault on me without providing any evidence that it wasn't their fault. They can say sorry all they want but it doesn't mean anything unless they own up to their mistake, admit that they don't have any evidence and admit that it's their fault, or provide evidence that it wasn't their fault. I took the shoes back because I would rather have them in my hands than in theirs, which is fair considering how they have treated this situation. I still want a full refund of $130 to my credit card.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GOAT. Their business model is 1) Consumer carefully selects a shoe product from their site, 2) GOAT goes ahead and ships consumer whatever they have lying around on the floor that day, 3) GOAT refused to take responsibility for the error, makes their return policy un-followable, and offers you only store credit, allowing weeks to go by between every painful step of this process. Sorry, GOAT. No one wants to do business with you a second time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

GOAT DOES NOT RETURN MONEY FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
I'm not sure how this company remains in business. It has thousands of bad reviews on Trustpilot and the Revdex.com. My items arrived almost 21 days after the initially ordered. I contacted Goat after 2 weeks and was told it was "on the way". I believe the order would have been lost had I not contacted them. They don't honor their 7-10 day delivery policy but sure like to enforce their return policy! Customer service is slow or lacking altogether. The phone app...DOESN"T WORK! The shoes that I ordered did not fit so I paid an additional shipping fee to return them - I also paid the initial shipping fees. Once Goat received the return, they informed me of their "no refunds" policy. I was offered a store credit but there are no shoes on their website that fit me. It's 2020 - what internet retail company refuses to refund payment for a returned item? They now have my shoes AND my money. This company has NO ethics - do not trust them with your money!

Full refund to my credit card.

This company operates with fraudulent business practices. There claim is customers will return their orders within 7-10 days. My order was placed on 1/1/2020 and I contacted GOAT on 1/14/2020 to notify them that I did not receive my order and that I wanted to cancel. On 1/15 I was notified that I could not cancel and get a refund, only a store credit. I received my items on 1/18. They did not deliver on time and therefore breached their own policies.
The shoes that I ordered did not fit so I paid to ship them back to the seller expecting a refund to my credit card, the same as Amazon or Nike or any and all online retail stores would honor. They refused to credit my card.
On 2/2 I asked GOAT to send me links for replacement shoes that were my size and would fit. They could not do this because there are no shoes on their site that fit me, therefore I am not able to use the store credit.
They have my returned item and they are refusing to return my money.
I will be contacting the California Department of Consumer Affairs to report GOAT.

At this point, the only other thing we can offer is our return policy, which is a refund, less the shipping costs to us and back to the seller. This refund will be issued in the form of GOAT credit.

There was no weather that caused a shipment delay of 3 weeks. You are holding me to one standard while conveniently giving yourself an excuse to breach our agreement with terms that YOU created - this is reflects poorly on your business and is unethical.
I've asked you to send me options for using the store credit. I need black high tops that are size 14 extra wide. You have refused to do this because we both know that there are no shoes that match this requirement thus I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE CREDIT TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT SHOES!!
Instead of doing the right thing and taking care of your customers you continue to act without integrity or ethics and are holding my money which is creating issues for both of us. Your rating with the Revdex.com is F and you have over 600 complaint filed. F like FAILURE!! This is no surprise to either of us.
Refund my credit card for the full amount and try to reclaim any bit of business ethics that you can.

Also - you website does not load properly and my computer and your app still does not work on my phone. Even if I found shoes that fit me I still would not be able to use the credit.

It's sad that you operate with this degree of dishonesty.
