I ordered the yeezy 700 inertia from GOAT. There were marked pre authenticated. When I received the order. I got a bootleg pair of shoes.
I ordered the yeezy intertia 700 from GOAT. They were listed as already pre authenticated and shipped directly from GOAT. I received the delivery on 01/21/2020 and was upon further examination, I was shocked at the fact I had received a fair of bootleg/fake shoes. I spent over $350 on what I thought would be an authentic pair from GOAT like GOAT had advertised but found out I was deceived. The labe smeared as if somebody handled the box wrong shortly after printing out a label for it. The shoe itself had obviously flaws. First off on a real pair, there is 3M stitching that reflects when a light shines on it and this one did not. Also the shoe was in bad design, the grey reflective pod on one pair was touching the sole, and there was glue on the back on the heel. Also the soles inside were not a perfect fit because they were kind of forced in the shoes. It was just obvious this was not an authentic pair. I emailed them on 01/21/2020, got a response back to send them picture of the shoes, the next day I got a other response from *** D. Saying his team was gonna review the show and it should take 2-3 days. This was on the 01/22/2020. Since then I have emailed them back and have not gotten a response or any update. Today is 01/28/2020, past the 2-3 business day time that *** told me in the email, and I still have not heard back from anybody from GOAT support team. I'm stuck with an expensive bill for a pair of fake shoes that should've never cost this much. I had confidence in GOAT seeing as they were advertised as a PRE AUTHENTICATED pair but it was false information.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a response and I actually still want the authentic pair of shoes that I paid for if one can't be provided I would like a refund not GOAT credit because I can no longer trust this company

They marked my package as delivered but I didn't receive it. I never paid duties and the tracking number still says it's in their warehouse.
I placed an order on January 16, 2020 for a pair of Jordan 7 Bordeaux. The order number was ***. I played *** USD plus *** shipping so *** USD total. Everything was fine until it was time for the shoes to ship from their location in ***, ***. They created the tracking info for DHL on January 21st, 2020 at 4:13am but it was never picked up. Tracking number: ***.

I tried contacting them on January 27th and *** got back to me and said they will get back to me in a maximum time frame of 48 hours yet nobody got back to me. So it is now January 29th and I get a notification from GOAT that my shoes were delivered. Yet the tracking information to this day still says it hasn't been picked up from their warehouse. At this point I'm frustrated because when I contact customer service telling them I haven't received my shoes. I didn't pay any duties for it to cross the border, nobody signed for it and the tracking information still says it's at their warehouse.

This time *** gets back to me and tells me to confirm my address and if it's correct they will have to send me an affidavit form to fill out.

This is just so frustrating and quite frankly has me worried for my next order coming. At this point I want a refund for the shoes. This has just been an overall terrible experience.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded to me at this point. I'm super frustrated with this entire experience.

It is now February 13th. I have not received an update from the business or DHL regarding my order. I would now like to proceed forward on getting a refund. I have been very co-operative sending in paper work they've asked for to prove I have not received my package.

I will not be satisfied with the business until my money is returned to me at this point.

I ordered shoes from goat did not receive shoes at all I've been trying to get a refund but no response from goat poor customer service.
I ordered shoes from goat in November they said it was delivered on November 27, 2019 but there was no shoes on my front door I've been emailing goat to customer service But I get no response and they keep saying email us back in 20 days it's been going on for the last two months and still no answer about my shoes or my refunds. I haven't heard anything since December 1 I attached a copy of the email from goat. Here is my order #XXXXXXXXX I still haven't received my shoes.

I placed an order for some shoes that did get delivered, however the shoe showed up damaged. Im requesting a refund, and am getting ignored.
I placed a order(order# XXXXXXXXX) on 1/11/20 for some shoes. I did get the shoes delivered to my property however when I reviewed the shoe I noticed that they came damaged with what seems to be black thick scuff marks all over on shoe. I quickly sent an email on 1/18/20 and asked them what my options were. I recieved an automated message from goat saying that they needed pictures of the shoe, which I did immediately. I received an email back stating the pictures were not large enough so I then resent larger ones. They sent me an email stating that they were escalating a ticket and a member of their team would reach out to me within 48 hours. Today is 1/29/20 and I still have not received anything from them. This is horrible customer service. I need a return label so that I can send the shoes back and get my refund. The total price for the shoes are *** air jordan retro flu game 2016. I was approved through affirm to make payments on these shoes but I will not pay for damaged product..My first payment is due on feb. 13 2020 but it is not fair to pay for something this expensive that is damaged.

Received an Incorrect Order
I ordered Air Max 90 'Turquoise' - Size US 7 M for a gift on 1/9/2020. They sent me the 'grape' shoes on 1/23/2020. I immediately reported to them that they sent me the wrong shoes. I only ordered from them because the turquoise color wasn't available anywhere else and I paid extra for that particular pair of shoes. The grape color was available at other stores *** cheaper and without having to pay for shipping. They responded asking for pictures of the shoes which I sent and I was told they would get back to me within 48 hours the latest. This was on 1/23/2020. I responded to the thread again and still have not heard back from the company.

Desired Outcome

I want to be fully refunded for the shoes including shipping for all the time and energy this has cost me.

GOAT did respond with this information but as you can see from the link they are referring to it says "turquoise" yet the link leads to the "hyper grape" shoe (***). I have the confirmation email which shows the shoe that they promised me which was accented in turquoise, yet they are claiming they sent me the correct item which is clearly purple. I only ordered from GOAT because the turquoise wasn't available anywhere else, but the hyper grape was available for cheaper locally to me. They lied about the product and are still not seeing the issue with the order, and I want a full refund so I don't have to deal with ordering anything from them again since they clearly don't take their "verification process" seriously. They are claiming they sent me the correct shoe when they absolutely did not.

This is just not correct. You have the correct order number and shoe size, but I've attached the email confirmation I received and can forward it to you. I ordered the Air Max 90 'Turquoise' not the 'Hyper Grape'. I received a confirmation that it was turquoise with a picture of a turquoise shoe. How can you say that it is the same shoe and correct order? I have no problem returning the shoe but I need a full refund. I'm not going to order another shoe from a company that is committing fraud. You claimed to have the air max turquoise but you clearly did not have it and are now just pretending you didn't do anything wrong.

This is not acceptable. I ordered turquoise, you sent hyper grape. Two very different colors. Why would I spend *** for shoes with you that were worth *** The grape were available everywhere for *** but I was willing to pay extra because you claimed to have the turquoise pair. Which if you refer to what the actual link says, it claims to be turquoise. Please refer to the original email confirmation you sent me with a picture of a turquoise shoe. You claimed to have something you didn't have and then swapped out the picture and claimed I made a mistake. That is fraud. I can't except GOAT credit because I don't trust your company to send the correct shoe if I ordered something else. Please refund me my money and I will let it go, otherwise I will continue to let others know on all platforms about how you committed fraud with me and refused to rectify your mistakes.

I ordered a "new" pair of shoes that upon opening, one shoe was evidently worn, creased, and fails to meet the condition of new. Poor quality control.
I placed an order (#XXXXXXXXX) on 1/9/20 for a "new" pair of Air Fear of God 1s as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. Upon opening the shoes that were individually wrapped, we noticed that one shoe was evidently worn, creased, and fails to meet the quality control standards that I would expect of a company as big as GOAT. I submitted a complaint/request on 1/24/20 and provided photos that clearly show that contrast between the shoes, which was later responded by *** (Service Specialist), who requested further photos of the shoes, tags, and box. He assured that the return window would be extended during this process. I later replied sending him all the required details, and *** (GOAT Support) replied stating the specialist team will be reviewing our case within 2-3 days. I have followed again on 1/28/2020 and have yet to hear back. Customer service support is poor, and all I want is a refund so I can buy shoes that are actually "New". This experience has ruined my birthday gift to my boyfriend.

Have Not Responded In Basically Over A Week! I Have A Pair Of Too Small Shoes Just Sitting In My House.
I Received These Shoes On 1/20/20 Unfortunately They Were Too Small. So I Immediately Contact GOAT The SAME Day Inquiring Return/Exchange Process. However The Main Reason I Did Contact Them Was Because When The Shoes Arrive The Shoe Box Itself Was Damaged (Dents,Smashed Etc.) So I Wanted To Give GOAT A Heads Up Before Sending The Item Back Out So They Wouldn't Think I Damage The Box And It Affect Me Getting My My Full Refund/GOT Credit Etc. The Last Time I Spoke With That Specialist (***) Was 1/21/20. He Requested I Send Pictures Of Certain Areas Of The Shoe As I Did But In The Last Response From Him It Said Somebody Should Follow Up With An Update In 48 Hours At The Latest.. On 1/23/20 I Email Him Asking For An Update.. NO RESPONSE. Now It's 1/24/20 I Made A New Ticket Just To Inform Another Specialist *** That I Have Yet To Get An Response He Replied 1/25/20 & Stated That The Other Ticket Has Already Been Escalated. I Responded Back And NO RESPONSE.. Today Is 1/29/20 It Have Now Been Over AN ENTIRE WEEK Since I have Gotten An Update On My Item. I Been Sending Email To Both Specialists But NO RESPONSE... Goat has not refunded money after over a month. I never received shoes, I have filed a claim and I have not received shoes or refund.
I purchased a pair of women size 7 Off white waffle racers in the color vivid blue from the GOAT website on December 20, 2018 for the price of *** (Order number #XXXXXXXXX) The shoes were shipped via UPS on December 21,2018 ( tracking number # ***) with 3 day shipping. According to GOAT and UPS The shoes were delivered on December 24,2018 , which is completely false. I did not receive a package nor sign for anything that day. After checking the status of my package online and seeing that it was delivered I immediately placed a missing package claim on UPS and GOAT. Nothing has been done from GOAT in tracking my package or refunding me. I have been corresponding via email with GOAT customer service and still no resolution.

Goat sent me a pair of sneakers though UPS shipping. UPS delivered the shoes to my apartment without me being there. Package was stolen.
Order number XXXXXXXXX. Ordered on 12-25-19. Total $350.29
Model: Yeezy Boost 350 V2 yecheli Non-Reflective.Payment method was Afterpay.
Size 13. UPS tracking # 1ZXXXXXEXXXXXXXXXX. This package was delivered to my residence on 1/4/20. I wasn't there when ups arrived. However, ups sent me a notification through my email alerting me that my package was delivered @ 11:36am By the time I sent someone down to my apartment to retrieve the shipment is was stolen. I immediatly called ups and started an investigation. I also emailed GOAT and did the same thing as well. GOAT asked me to send them copies of my drivers license and sign a affidavitt form so they could send in to there insurance company as well. Still i've heard nothing an haven't gotten any refund or exchange. GOAT doesn't have any phone number listed under there website where you could speak anyone regarding issues. The only way you could get any response from them is via email. Not cool when your spending hundreds of dollars for sneakers. I've stated to them(GOAT) how i'd like my situation to be handled. I've been in contact verbally with UPS in which they've told me that they cannot discuss the investigation process with me; only the shipper(GOAT). GOAT keeps on telling me to contact UPS!!!!!!!

Since i've payed the shipper and owe nothing left on my part all i want is a replacement. I feel that its100% ups fault. They're are to never leave packages unattended in front of folks doors without a signature. Packages should always be returned back to the main hub and redelivered the next business day.

Scammers not responding to a claim or ups I have filed a dispute with my bank ! Don't order from them you'll regret it they won't be around for long !

Ordered a pair of sneakers using GOAT's "instant ship" option, with delivery advised to be 4-6 working days, whilst I was visiting NYC.
Order Number: #XXXXXXXXX for $195.98.

I spoke mainly with *** from your support team, in which I went round in circles.

If you can access my case, you can see the backwards and forwards situation I have been in with ***, but I will briefly explain below:

16th Jan - Order shoes on instant ship to my hotel in NYC whilst I was still in the UK. Delivery time: 4-6 days.

17th Jan - Label created. Also "tendered to a UPS driver" as seen in email communication from GOAT. Tracking shows LA as the origin of the parcel (this part is important).

I continually chased GOAT to find out where my parcel was - I was advised that the delay was due to:
1) my parcel getting lost
2) my parcel being miraculously recovered
3) my parcel being shipped from Hong Kong even though it was "tendered to a UPS driver on 17th Jan", origin LA and now
4) delayed due to the tracking not being updated (which doesn't even make sense).

I simultaneously spoke to UPS and a lost parcel investigation was never actually launched, so I'm not sure where this story came from.

*** then advised if I could not receive the shoes then I could collect these from the UPS collection point... 3,300 miles from my home address! It was clear she had not read the full thread or details. Once the parcel was "found" by UPS, GOAT still continued to send the parcel even though I advised I would have left the country by the point they were delivered.

Finally, I was advised to speak to UPS to arrange return of the parcel. UPS advised me that GOAT could only initiate this and I couldn't do anything about it. I stated this multiple times to *** and yet she requested I speak to UPS, multiple times.

The lack of communication with GOAT has been shocking in this situation and the multiple excuses provided by GOAT were unprofessional. I have attached the email threads and also the tweets which were all ignored.

Desired Outcome

A full refund for the order to my original payment method - Not only were GOAT advised NOT to ship due to their lateness and the fact I would no longer be at the address (and still did), I am appauled by the multiple lies and confusion regarding my order from the beginning of the correspondence and how they just ignored my Twitter posts.

DONT DARE BUY FROM GOAT! Total rip off like many here have said! I purchased Hrden shoes that said in good condition... Goat claims they check all items shipped by the seller FIRST then sends to you to check that it is authentic and as described! Well they dont, at least not in my case, the soles to the bottom of the shoes sent to me were so worn that the sole was frickin missing and all there was is foam that is under the sole! Clearly cant be worn outside at all, it would be dangerous to step on something! Goat has no way to contact them other than sending an email and I still havent heard back at all. You cant pull up purchase history either on your acct, designed so you lose your order number in the one email you get so they CANT help you, although I have mine and they still dont. F for customer service. This place also does not take returns on any used items although thats almost all they sell! If the item was new at most if they let you return you can only get store credit.... Yes on a NEW In Box item! Stay clear! This place really should be shut down asap! If you buy theres a LARGE chance you will wish you listened to all the bad reviews here and on Revdex.com. They dont do thier job and check the product for description match and quality and call you if theres anything different like THE SITE GOAT SAYS IT WILL! Dont trust, just fraud. The shoes I was sent were VERY POOR condition and were advertised as good, no email, no call from Goat as promised on the site... Honestly they were not even fit to DONATE!!!!. If the employees dont do whats promised in writing, then Goat should be accountable for the full refund in that event! Very SHADY company, Im filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the FTC to try to stop this from happening to others.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased anything from. Their customer service is terrible! theres no phone number, they send you these automized replies that don't answer your questions. and the best part; if you don't like the merchandise or there's an issue, they drag out the process and give you a credit for their crappy store even if you paid with your card. I only gave them one star because I couldn't leave a review if I didn't.

I never received the shoes I order and never got a refund for them.
I ordered the "Wmns UltraBoost 19 'Pale Nude'" on December 8, 2019. I paid a total of $125 including shipping via visa. After two weeks, I looked at my GOAT accountant and my shoes still hadn't been verified.I filed my first request and they answered back to please give them time for the shoes to be verified. Another week passes by and on my accountant under issues it said "Seller Says: one shoe". I filed two more requests concerning the issue and never received a response. Under order progress in my Goat Accountant it says the shoes have been ordered but have not made it to the verified stage. My order number is XXXXXXXXX. I just want a refund for shoes that I never received.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on 1.22.20. I paid for "instant ship" they have yet to be shipped out from Hong Kong
I ordered sneakers on 1-22-20 and paid extra for the "instant ship". They've been authenticated and a tracking label was created. But it is 1.28.20 and have not been picked up by DHL. So I submit a request and was told to contact DHL. I did and said goat has not requested a pick up yet. So I emailed them back and they said they'd get back to me with in 48 business hours TOPS. And I emailed them 3 times and I've heard NOTHING. I want to cancel my order and a full refund if they don't get shipped out by the end of this week and I will never ever be ordering from them again.

I ordered shoes from GOAT and in their policies, all shoes are verified before being shipped to the customer. I did not received the shoe I ordered.
I ordered the NMD Hu Pharrell Solar Pack in pink and blue however I was sent the same shoe but it was not the color I ordered, the ones I received were teal and gray. GOAT's policies states that all shoes are verified before shipping to assure authenticity. If the shoe was properly verified, why didn't I received the shoe I actually ordered?? Which leave me not choice but to question if they shoe was even verified!! I sent an email on Wednesday 1/22/2020 and my request was answered by *** who asked me to send in all these pictures of what I received in the mail and she said my request would be resolved in 2-3 business days. I ordered this shoe for an event that I ended up not being able to attend because they sent me the wrong shoe. The email from *** also stated that If I had any other questions or concerns to email the same thread that she responded to me on and to not open a new request because it will only delay things. Well I sent 2 emails, one on Friday and another on Monday and have yet to received any response at all. I just want the correct shoe or my money back because at this point this is a total inconvenience and I cant even speak to a live person because they only have email support. This is my first time shopping with Goat and this has NOT been a good experience AT ALL!

Order #XXXXXXXXX was returned for full refund. GOAT claims return did not include pin set so refuses to pay. No pin set was included in this order.
I purchased a pair of shoes (#XXXXXXXXX) for my daughter. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I returned them to GOAT for a refund at about the same time I ordered a larger pair of the same shoes (#XXXXXXXXX).

Unfortunately, GOAT denied my refund because they say the pin set is missing. I have repeatedly explained in my communication that the pin set was NOT included in the first pair of shoes. However, the pin set was included in the second pair of shoes ordered - i.e., the pair that I am keeping.

The responses I received from *** at GOAT do not acknowledge what I explained. Instead, he told me (again) that the pin set was missing so the refund was denied.

I have tried to no avail to resolve this issue with GOAT. I have not received a response to my complaint. Nor, can I speak to someone there to explain this issues again.

No, I do not accept GOAT's response. I have requested proof that the pin set was included in my order. To date, I have not seen any documentation that my order included this item. But yet, GOAT denied my refund because of the missing pin set. Their response: "please note that all additional accessories that are normally included when the sneaker is purchased as new should be included with the order when purchased as new in box unless otherwise stated." "Normally" and "should be" do not indicate certainty to me. These additional accessories should be listed on the order form but they were not.

I have also asked GOAT several times if a pin set should have been included in my second order for the same pair of shoes, but a different size (order #XXXXXXXXX), Interestingly, a pin set appeared in that order, but it was not listed anywhere on the order. I believe that GOAT has confused the orders, but no one will answer that question for me.

I am also frustrated that I have to rely on delayed email responses for my inquiries. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone at GOAT, but no one will call me and there is no phone number listed on their website. The customer service is unacceptable.

Purchased order has still not yet recieved. It has been close to two months..
Coming up to two months and I still dont have my shoes... first complaint. They send me a ups tracking.. 3 weeks later it hasnt even left their facility..okay..

I sent another email stating my concern , they replied, will be sending you another package updste and they will bump me to priority...

Is that a joke because its been a week since then and still has yet come my way and you guys failed to update me like yiu said you would.

It seems like a scam to me. If you do not have my shoes please contact me and notify me and or refund me.

Please update me or refund my money this week.
