I am rejecting this response because:I received email from Goedekers about replacement order was issued last Thursday 11-16/with ship date 11/19/, every single day I will check the status and the
shipping date will move forward, today will show a shipping date 11-24/and nothing is shipped yet...We cannot afford to wait weeks for them to play their gamesIf they cannot ship the replacement on time, we don't need it, I will order from different store

This was not a Goedeker mistake but a *** mistakeWe get daily inventory feeds directly from *** and they showed it as available and only after we placed the order did they inform us the model was discontinued. We are sorry for the error and poor inventory control from
*** but are unable to cut the priceWe would be willing to discount the new model $to compensate for ***'s error and offer a year major component warranty

Refund was processed on the 20th and his bankcard holder should show thisHe should check with his credit card bank if he still does not see his refund as sometimes they can take or days

I am rejecting this response because:"The customer signed for and received delivery on March 13, 2018." No, the washing machine was delivered on March 16th. No one was home and no one signed forI have a picture and text from the delivery people which I will forward to the Revdex.com to prove this if necessary. The customer contacted us on March 19, to advise us there was an issue with the washing machine drainingWe advised the customer that since the machine was installed, we would need to have a service technician come out and look at the washing machine under the manufacturer warrantyThe last correspondence with the customer was on March 19, 2018. We ordered a brand new washing machine and we expect it to function as such. We did not order a machine that was broken or defective and in need of repair. New means new and that is should function as such. If we wanted to spend our time and effort in repairing a machine we would have done so with our old one. The reason we spent our hard earned money to buy a new one was to avoid a repair. A brand new machine does not need to be repaired. There is no logic in expecting someone to pay for a broken or defective item being sold as new. In an attempt to resolve this dispute we reached out to the customer to have a service technician come out and correct the draining issue the customer is having under the warranty on the machineThe customer is refusing any resolutions that we have offered to themWe have found a technician who will service the unit under warranty and we are willing to set up service for this customerIf the customer is not wanting to take service to repair the draining issue, we are willing to take return of the washing machineThe customer will need to have the machine shipped back in perfect condition (no dents or scratches), with all original packing materials, and all accessories that came with the unitOnce the customer has shipped the machine back they will need to provide us with tracking information so that we may be able to track the return.We received a call from the customer service manager AFTER filing a dispute with the credit card company. Again we will not accept a repair to what is supposed to be a brand new washing machine and want replaced or refunded. We did not order a broken or defective machine. The company shipped a machine which is broken or defective which is their problem, and the cost of doing business. We have been told that not only will we be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but also their shipping to us of a broken or defective machine - REALLY! And by the way on your Recorded Line I noted it was delivered scratched. We want either a replacement or full refund period.

The customer did finally get the correct parts from ***We are sorry for the delay and the poor service from Ashley to our customer and we will work to do our best to insure this is not repeated

Product had already shipped when customer called. Our site is clear once product has shipped they will have to pay return charges

Wish we could get a shipper to do this reasonably but we cannotMany times we do not know there will be charges until be send to the shipper and they let us know they cannot deliver to the specified area and we need to try to find another company who can deliverThe shipping was more than the item. Once again we do apologize and have refunded the customer
