I finally gave in to this companies poor customer serviceFor fear they would do nothing at all about the problemI accepted their offer to discount the itemEven though I thought they should replace itThis just happened on 9/7/And hasn't really

I am rejecting this response because: Goedeckers claim
that they order was placed correctly by listening to audio recordingsThat's great however, *** the CSR who placed the order was conveniently gone from the company the day after she shipped the wrong couch to me and I called her on itThat being said, just because you think the order was placed correctly, does not mean the order was shipped correctly from your warehouseThe bottom line is you stole dollars from me and my family and you have done nothing about itYou should be ashamed of yourselfYour CEO should be ashamed of himself and anyone who patronizes your business should rethink their descision before they get robbed as wellAll I want is a refund of the full amount and to move on with my lifeI have already purchased a new couch through Ashley Furnture (who were amazing and professional and wonderful to deal with--I highly recommend them!) and all I want is my put back on my debit card.

Product has been deliveredWe are sorry for the delayIn regards to hold time it must have been to the delivery carrier not our phones as we monitor hold times and have never had hold times more than a few minutes

Reps are Goedeker's are rudeThey told me it was my mistake of refusing a delivery at 01:AMWhen I told them that I have been paying interest for the item that you charged but the production is still not here even after two months and the response was "That's how we offer competitive rates!"
I finally got the product this morning after two monthsNever ever will return to Goedeker's

This is the way the table is purposely made by the manufacturer and the manufacturer has denied any flawThe product description states it to be rustic and has a dramatic grainy characterThis is direct from our site and the way the manufacturer describes this furniture: *** coffee table with storage serves up richly rustic style with added dimensionDual side pull-out trays expand your surface space, while a pair of smooth-gliding drawers help keep things clutter freeDistinctive elements include mango veneers for dramatic grainy character, along with angled braced sides and antiqued brass-tone pulls for vintage charm. The shipping charges are not refundable there and back but we are willing to compromise and work with the customer on reduced shipping

I am rejecting this response because: The appliance was picked up on Saturday, February which was in the day period, however it is now 2/8/and there has been no refund credit for all related charges applied
to my account. I was promised that the credit would be issued immediately upon the appliance being turned over to the freight company. Once again, this organization is not meeting commitments or acting in good faith and it has negatively impacted my personal finances. So - I am out of 1/of vacation time, a Saturday morning was spent waiting for the appliance to be picked up when delivery was originally refused and now I am still having to deal with the fallout from this terrible experience.

I received a call back from the business after this resolution and I was told that they could not transport it with the shipping company they selected and that it will be 2-more weeks for deliveryThey say that they will keep in contact with me but that has been the problem all alongThey do not keep in contact with me

This refrigerator was available at the time the item was soldOur distributor and Samsung sold out of this unit during the Black Friday promotional period causing major delaysWe have no control over this oversold position as it is not us it
is Samsung who has not given us good information and not having adequate inventory levels to support their promotionWe are very sorry for the delay and will ship the refrigerator as soon as it arrivesSamsung has given us a projected arrival date to the U.Son 1-15-Samsung will not upgrade because of not being able to delver product on time

We have gone to Sharp on the customers behalf as this a product performance issueSharp's response is that they have thoroughly researched this issue and said it is user errorIf the customer feels it is not user error they should go after the
manufacturer for resolution as we are not responsible for manufacturer warranty service issues

We are sorry for the problemThe customer has been refunded, upgraded to white glove delivery and given a year major component warranty for the issue

We have worked it out and are ordering a new handle, refunding the delivery charge and adding extended warranties at no charge for the problem

Item is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday Oct

We are very sorry this GE model was over sold by GE and is now discontinuedWhile it is outside our control we do apologize for the problemThe Black Friday special pricing GE offered is not available but we will try to work with the customer on a reselect but are unable to match the special price
on the discontinued GE model
