I am rejecting this response because:
There are some inaccuracies, starting with the pickup time. The dishwasher was picked up at 12:pm on 1/11/17, 28+ hours ago. Also, I was told in email this morning (attached) that it would be credited once received at the warehouse, which was one week for it to be shipped to me. As I was typing this I received another email from the same person indicating that accounting has been told to credit me. Given the amount of misinformation to this point I will believe it when I see it. Once I see it credited on my card I will provide for "acceptance" of the response.

I am rejecting this response because:The $was for the cost of the my time, my gas and the stain that they thought I should buy to fix the issue of what was wrong with the productThis was only to be a satisfactory fix if I could find stain to match. And I did not. I had also advised that my cc could be recharged the $if fixed correctlyAfter speaking with different customer service reps over the several months I was told that I should have never been told to stain the product and that there were other optionsI recently asked if I could exchange the product and was told I had it too long. So, I could have exchanged it back in March when I first contacted them???I want my cc recharged the $and the product either exchanged or fixed correctly

I am rejecting this response here only because I have not received a full refund yet after waiting days from your message stating full refund. A partial refund was received Feb in the amount of $758.20. Full amount was $1034.09, leaving a remainder of $275.89.Please let me know when I can expect that. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to listen to this complaint and make it right

We are very sorry for the problem with this orderThe product was shown to be available at the time of purchase and the vendor is not responding to our phone calls and emailsUnfortunately we will have to refund the customer in full as this company may actually be out of businessThey are in the
area where the California fires were and since they are not responsive we assume they may have been impacted by those fires

I am not sure who told them we would not refund the delivery fee as this was not correctWe had always planned to refund the customer in full. The $is being refunded

I called and was transferred several times and spoke with ***, who said she was getting married and going on her honeymoonShe transferred me to another representative also named ***She transferred me again and I ended up speaking with *** HudsonMsHudson asked me to send pictures of the damage along with everything sent in the boxThe next day I sent pictures to your email address but never received a responseNow, each time I call your representatives hangup on me

The customers ticket is very clear and states year major component warranty and was given to him at no charge, If the compressor is defective the part will be covered under the warranty indicated on his ticketThe customer never purchased any warranty to cover parts and labor as his ticket

We have hundreds of thousands of products on our site and the prices do change on many items dailyOn this particular item the manufacturer would no longer sell it at the discocunted Black Friday orice and we were oversold and therefore had to

I was not attempting to buy the product from the manufacturerI was trying to do business with Goedeker'sGoedeker's knew that the manufacturer established an expiration time for this particular product, but they failed to inform the public in an acceptable mannerIf they would have advertised that the sales price would expire at 2pm, then I would have purchased the product when I was online earlier in the dayBut because they advertised that the price was "Today Only", I waited until my work day was over, and by then the price had gone upSadly, they could have had a sale if they would have published the correct informationI reasonably believed that the sales price would be good "Today Only"If the company can't provide current and accurate information on their website, then they should consider not including any pricing on the websiteThey certainly keep pricing updated inside their storesI don't see why the internet would be any differentGoedeker's wants to point the finger at the manufacturer and Samsung had nothing to do with itThey gave Goedeker's the rules, and Goedeker's failed to inform the consumer what those rules wereEpic failure on the part of Goedeker'sJust because they have a disclosure on their website basically saying that nothing is their fault, doesn't make it rightI wish I could hide behind a disclosure and run my business any way that I want, but then again I try to do what's right for customersGoedeker's...not so much

I am rejecting this response because:The products were not described as backorderedThe site only said we would receive shipping info after purchaseIf this is their way of informing customers of backorder, then they need to amend the message so that it clearly states the situationThe message we received after purchase stated that two of the items were backordered and would be shipping mid-DecemberThat was removed from the site several days later, no clear date has been given, and the two non-backordered items still have not shipped

The third party is actually who took action to resolve my issues and stayed in communication, I have still not received a phone call from Manager *** to follow up from a conversation on 12/27/which was supposed to be taken care of by end of business on the 27thThe third party which is AM Home deliveery offered the installation and contacted Goedekers about monetary compensation which was agreed to, also followed up after deliveryThe company I purchased the item from (Goedekers) should have been the ones to resolve the issues, the mistakes made 12/1/that weren't addressed until 12/8/are the primary reason of complaintConsumer beware!

Customer did get what was orderedCustomers best option is to keep the unit purchased but if they wantt o return there would be shipping charges. We would work with customer for a reduced return shipping rate if they choose to do so
