I am rejecting this response because:
At this time I can not accept just the $for delivery
because I am still out $for the cost of the refrigerator. The manufacture at one time agreed to pay this, but I refused this since my total cost was $with delivery and this case is now closed with the manufacturer. Goedekers did indeed tell me that they are not responsible for any amount. If they would have offered to make up the difference at that time this case would be closed and I would be satisfied. But they didn't and they told me I should just take the $from the manufacturer and be out the $100. Since I notified the dealer just a couple of days after they delivered the item, I feel they should resolve this with the manufacturer and replace the broken refrigerator with a new one.

This part was ordered immediately for this customerWe discussed today with GE official and have arranged to have this ordered again and expedited to this customerWe are sorry for the delay as this should not have happened but was beyond our control but issue should now be resolved

Getting a new table will be the same as getting a new top for the tableWe keep no inventory and order this direct from the manufacturerThe table comes in various pieces and one of the pieces has damage and the manufacturer is sending a a replacement for the piece that is damagedThe table will
be brand new. Here are the notes we sent to the customer: *** *** *** *** *** ***, Thank you for getting back to meThe reason we asked about getting you the part for the table top is because it's a part that can be ordered and the table is one that has to be assembled so the new top would replace the damaged one, just like it comes when you first receive itWe are looking to get you the fastest, most reasonable resolution as we do understand where you are coming from and we very much appreciate your business

The delivery company did not call to schedule the deliveryWhen we attempted to reschedule they stated they would only deliver it on Tuesday, which is not scheduling delivery, but setting the delivery dayThey refused to allow a neighbor sign for the deliveryGoedeker's shipping policy states that we have to have someone over the age of sign for the package yet they refuse to allow that in our caseIn the end they failed to deliver our order, but still charged usWe would like the full refund that we are due.Goedeker's states in their shipping policy "We make it easy and seamless for our customers after they order from Goedeker’sWe have a great logistics staff and partner only with the very best shipping companiesShipping should never be a hassle." They have not done this in our caseThe shipping process has been an extreme hassle and has left us dissatisfied

We are sorry for the confusion and miscommunicationWe have been in constant contact with the delivery company who did miss appointments and worked out the compensation for the customer of free installation as well as an additional $The plumbing had an issue and the delivery company could not complete the installationIn addition we also gave the customer a year major component warranty for the issueWe are sorry for the problem and *** has called the customer

The attached receipt clearly states **year major component warranty** This covers just what is stated the "major component" which is the compressorI am sorry but the warranty is for the compressor and if the compressor is defective it will be covered as is stated on the receiptThis covers the
part only if the compressor is defective

I was told that I could be sent replacement piece if the stain doesn't work. I don't want to return the product, I just want my replacement part (the front panel of the TV Stand)

I am sorry the customer does not like what they ordered but what they received is exactly what they ordered
