This is being taken care of

This happens on less than almost any retailer we compete withWe have over 600,items on our site and happened on a select few models (less than 40) due to a one time error

I am rejecting this response because: As of this moment, I have not received any return authorization nor any notification of the correct bed being shipped outside of this response

The order was signed for as received on March and is now one of the pieces is missing
We have a day satisfaction guarantee but it is over months later and they cannot find a piece they signed forWe are very sorry for the loss and would be willing to offer a discount to help the
customer

Te terms I have say within days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied to return the item and I would receive a full refund, however I see this is not going to happenThis has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with shopping onlineI'm guessing the Revdex.com isn't going to make you do anything about this eitherI will make sure I never purchase anything from you again and that anyone I know does not eitherAnd hopefully the word is spread of how inconsiderate Mr*** isI've worked in retail before and the customer is the main priority but I see this is not his policyIt's not always about the dollar.

Customer placed orders and only needed orderOn one of the orders he had an incorrect email address and so the duplicate orders did not get caughtOur shipping and return shipping on the duplicate order amounted to $and we absorbed half of these charges for himI am sorry for his
mistake and the numerous duplicate orders of which we caught half of them for himThis was through no fault of ours

We did not live up to our expectations with this customerWe are going to exchange refrigerator which should have been approved and done immediately

We are taking the unit back and refunding customer in full minus shipping

Order has been cancelled and refund processed

Our policy as many other companies such as *** require a service technician at least look at a product a customer has a problem withIf item is defective and cannot be adjusted to perfection we will take back

I still have not received a refund and feel your business has been unprofessional

We have discussed with two different *** representatives at *** and both confirmed the unit does not have a defect and no service will help*** insists this is and sending another unit would not help as it would be the same

Customer may return unit but has to have the unit boxed and ready to ship and will be responsible for return shipping. The unit is made of wood and material and any odor will dissapear

The customer did get white glove service and they decided they did not want the product opened since they were not ready to install themThe delivery company would have opened the product but the customer decided they would prefer them to stay in the box until they were to be installed This
is the notes in the ticket from the delivery company Mar 17, 2017 12:49:PM|CompleteCustomer Not Notified Delivery guys placed the fridge in the kitchen and they did not unpack them, customer stated that he did not want them unpacked unless they were being installedThe washer and dryer were not unpacked because he had stated he did not want them to be unpacked unless they were to be installed. I am rejecting this response because:I have already taken time off work to wait, for pick upThe man came, but didn't take the broken chairsSaid he didn't have a lift on his truckAfter
two days of lost work, and being inconvenienced I need a day, for pick up on the weekend, or a time after 4:30pm I taken off work to receive broken chairsI have also taken off work to have the chairs picked up, but they were not picked up I now need the chairs picked up on a day , and time when I am home without taking anymore time off from my jobI've order chairs from this company, and the total experience has been a nightmare! I can't sit in the chairs due to the legs not attached to the seat I need my money refunded, and Goedekers to remove their damaged unusable chairs, from my home.Please help

I am rejecting this response because:This is no slight damage to the tableThere are multiple significant scratches on the table topThis is not how the table was advertisedHad I know the table would be delivered damaged, I would have never purchased itTo the window, the item was not to be delivered to a carrier for shopping until at least to days from 7/24/per my email notificationThe item was then somehow delivered on 725/and 7/28/and I did not own the home that it was delivered to at this time because it was not supposed to be delivered on these dates; therefore, I could not open the package and submit a complaint until 8/I refuse to accept $when the table costs $I refuse to pay for shipping the item back when this was not my error, it was the companiesThe company should either: provide a new table and take back the damaged table at no expense to me, take back the entire item and give me a full refund with no shipping charge expense to me, or provide me with a refund of $The cost of the damaged tableI have disputed this with the credit card company and this is unacceptableI bought and paid for an item online that should not have been damaged and that is what I deserve
