Complaint: [redacted] We are rejecting this response because: We are getting curbside delivery and ***, who was home last Friday 7/29/16, will not be home this Friday, thus leaving the washer/dryer stuck on the curb and susceptible to theftThis was explained clearly to both Goedeker's and [redacted] last Friday during the window delivery time they chose NOT to honorWe even suggested that [redacted] make us their last delivery on Friday 7/29/since [redacted] was home and they took the wrong route in the morning, but they chose, instead of delivering, to accommodate us by placing [redacted] on hold for over minutes, at which point [redacted] hung upThey have not called back Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We will refund the $white glove fee as requested

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their statement is completely falseThey have been denying it from the beginning, but they informed me that they cancelled the orderThat positively, without any doubt, happenedI called their company to see if there was any way to cancel the order since the order had been placed more than 24hrs prior to my call inI was placed on hold and told that the order was in fact cancelledI even confirmed that with the phone operator and she confirmed that the order was cancelled and my card would be refunded in 2-daysSince this was a purchase to replace a broken dishwasher, I immediately went to a local business and purchased oneThere is no way I would have purchased another dishwasher if I wasn't told the initial order was cancelledWhen I impressed upon them the importance of some form of service from their end, they simply denied ever telling me the order was cancelledIt took over weeks for it to arrive and it truly seems like there is something that could have been done on that endRegardless, I wouldn't even own two dishwashers right now if they hadn't old me they cancelled the initial orderRegardless of any further lies they will tell, and regardless of any company policy they try to point to, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANCELLED THE ORDERThats all that really matters in this caseI proceeded with alternative action based on their statement that they cancelled the order Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This refrigerator was available at the distributor at the time of the offer but did get oversoldThe manufacturer has changed dates on us numerous times and we are sorry for the delayWe did get confirmation of this unit arriving in the U.Sand is now being processed to ship Once again we apologize for the delay but production is out of our controlCustomer should now have confirmation of delivery and should get their new refrigerator shortly

Complaint: [redacted] We are rejecting this response because although the washer and dryer have been delivered, they have not delivered the LP Conversion Kit or the stacking bracketWe cannot install, therefore, we cannot use the washer or dryer [redacted] called and spoke with [redacted] a little after 11:00am PDT and was told that the quickest way to resolve this matter would be to have [redacted] look in their warehouse for the missing itemsHowever, we know that if they do locate the missing items, they will not deliver them for another weekWe think Goedeker's sending, via overnight courier, a new LP Conversion Kit and stacking bracket is quicker and the missing items should be resolved between Goedeker's and [redacted] [redacted] said she would get back to us with an updateWe are still waiting! We have contacted the customer and the delivery company to make the delivery to work for them

We are sorry for the poor service the delivery company gaveWe are going to refund the $delivery charge for the problem

We are sorry for the delay in getting the motor sent but we sent in an order immediately and are waiting for GE to sendThis is very out of the ordinary as this is a warranty repair and the typical process would be for GE service to come to the home and diagnose the problem and repair at no charge to the customerThe best process is for the customer to have GE service handle thisOnce again we are sorry for the problem but have no way of making the motor and need GE to send it to us which to this point they have not done
