Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not going to do this back and forthI already made my case, their mistake is costing someone, not me, hundreds of dollars seeing that the black Friday sales are overThe sad facts of the matter are, these appliances are for a widow that has lost sons to cancer, that got flooded out during Harvey, and we are donating all the labor on her house for freeThe 50K cabinets were reduced to 13K through a Prosource in WAThe local church did all the tear out and re-drywallOn a totally separate note but same subject, I received a call from [redacted] on 12-at 5:59pm asking me if I still wanted the microwave, I told them I would check, and they said they would call me back in the morningBut when I got to my email, they had already cancelled the entire order at 3:02pm, which was fineNever did receive that callNow someone has recharged my credit card on 12-or 12-in the amount of $1079, which is the price of the microwaveI called [redacted] and am disputing the charge seeing that I have a “Refund Conformation” from this seller for the full amount of $Maybe it was a slip up, maybe you are going to do something else, I don’t know, but I am out of state, and am in no way taking a microwave from youI already purchased it for $Seeing that you included a quote from your website in the last response, I thought I would include one more from that same website“Goedeker's Philosophy.” “We believe everything we do should be for the greater glory of GodOur priority is to serve our fellow man to the best of our abilityWe want our customers to see Christ in us and in everything we do.” Sincerely, [redacted]

LG agreed to refund the customer and customer has been negotiating with LG and since he has denied the LG offer LG will no longer discuss with usWe have done what we can and have refunded our partHe needs to work this out with LG from this pointWe thought we had everything worker out but now the matter is between LG and the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their claim that their price is competitive is simply not true [redacted] has the same model for sale at $629, which is $more than what they originally promoted to us on 12/and yet $less than what they are now claiming the price should have been all along This is a case of them baiting and switching after the fact when they realized their profit margin was not sufficient Pricing error policies exist for when egregious errors happen to protect them- not when another provider is offering the same model for $more (+4.7%) Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been trying and here are the latest notes in the ticket from our customer service manager who has personally worked to expedite thisNov 8, 10:01:AM|All InCustomer Not Notified I called Ge consumer affairs at [redacted] pressed on Spacemaker CuFtWhite Electric Laundry Center [redacted] SKU: [redacted] serial number [redacted] to find out the service history and to check on parts as this customer is not satisfied and unit still not repaired appears to be waiting on partsCust placed order on Sept 7th and received delivery on 10/Am home pro [redacted] I spoke with [redacted] and she case number is [redacted] case manager name is [redacted] part was ordered on November 7th yesterday part was ordered part number [redacted] this part was expedited to customer on tracking Fed ex [redacted] should ship from Indiana to customer and when he receives he is to call get [redacted] at he has several phone numbers Phone [redacted] Ge offered $for inconvenience pus expediting part to him and his case worker has advised him of all thisand service appointment Superior appliance was cancelled on Oct and this was cancelled no reason

A leak in a hose does need to be looked at once installed as rip in a hose could be caused by the installer and a simple hose replacement would not warrant a replacementThe unit will be made perfect

The delivery company did fire the employee who used foul language We have refunded the customer in full and are sorry for the poor service the delivery company gave them

Customer picked this up from UPS on 4/and first reported damage or problems on 6/- all damage needs to be reported in hours

We have sent the customer the recording of the phone call for her to listen toIf she listens to the call she will find there was no mention of a stainless steel interiorThe customer is always responsible to know what they purchase and to verify the specs listed to insure they are getting what they wantThe customer ordered this online and the specs on this are very clear and states it does not have a stainless interiorWe would be willing to offer the customer free year major component warranties on the items she purchased which are sold at $each for a total offering of $as a good faith gesture

Once again we do apologize for the pricing error during this time frame which affected many customers because of this errorWe did make a concession and offered a year warranty for the aggravation

It appears we dropped the ball here and apologizeService is being scheduled
