Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did call the extended warranty company, which is a third party company - after I told them the issue they said "if the problem is determined to not be covered by the warranty, after inspection and I choice to decline the service, I would still be responsible for paying for the visit and the estimate" I don't think that is ethical nor fair to consumer who has the extended warrantyTherefore, I would like to dispute the whole transaction unless the supplier "goedekers" can come out and service this issue themselves Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I understand that some area may incur additional charges, however we added our zip code for the shipping quote prior to checking out, and the checkout process and invoice clearly mentioned free shippingSee attached invoicethis seems to be more of a "bait and switch" tactic, where the company wants us to purchase the product and than get us to pay the additional $fee because they cant deliverBesides, we live in a major area, and most carriers have access to our location Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was a marked difference in finished quality between each of the end pull-out tables One end-table had been finished to a good standard with sanded edges The other had not been sanded at all which resulted in a rough splintered finish I rejected this table as the unfinished end table posed a safety risk.I have closely examined this table in the [redacted] showroom and the display model had none of the defects of the tables that Goedekers sent me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

There is a ridiculous rule by ***, [redacted] and [redacted] where if the card holder files a chargeback and the charges reversed we have to wait days before we can refund the customerThe ticket is scheduled for refund March 1st.We are sorry for the problem and are just following the rules as given to us by the credit card companies

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Goedekers previously stated that item shipped from StLouis to New York (not New Jersey) by mistake and that it would ship from NY to CaliforniaAM Delivery, the service ostensibly used by Goedekers stated in a phone call on 1/10/that the item arrived in the NY warehouse on 1/2/and then was shipped from there on 1/8/I first requested information about any fees on a cancelled order on 1/12/18," [redacted] " at Goedekers said she would "research that" and return my callShe did not return my callI learned of the return shipping fee when I cancelled the order on 1/15/2018, which was one month after the order was placedI have never been given a firm date for delivery, only vague statements such as "it should arrive next week"Stating that it has taken "awhile" to receive this order is an understatementI was told on 12/14/that I would have the oven in two weeks, on or about 12/28/A year warranty may well be needed for a wall oven that has gone coast to coast and sat in a warehouse in New York for a week during inclement weatherDuring the phone call on 1/15/2018, Goedeker rep " [redacted] " agreed that I should have concerns about this unit that ostensibly traveled such a distanceShe stated that she, too would be concerned.Goedekers response reflects their lack of good faith in this matterSince filing this complaint with Revdex.com, Goedeker has issued a refund of $1,Supposedly the oven has reached their warehouse in St Louis in a matter of days Sincerely, [redacted]

If a unit has a defective part it is never the retailers responsibility to replace the defective partManufacturers provide the warranty on the products and are obligated to repair or replace defects within the warranty periodGE made the unit and regardless of who sells the product it is GE who has the responsibility to make the unit whole at no charge to the retailer nor the customer The issue is 100% the responsibility of GE to honor the warranty as designated in owners manual

We show part was delivered on 10/and customer should be taken care of
