After approx attempts via phone to Sears Canada, I cannot get them to stop sending catalogues to my mailboxHave been guaranteed 2X that I will not receive any more but still getting themI travel a lot & they fill up my box This has been going on since my friend left this address in June [redacted] now receives these at her new address & she has contacted Sears at least 3X to have them stop sending them to my addressThey tell her it has already been resolved but I still receive catalogues in her name

Hello, I bought a [redacted] canister vacuum cleaner in June on sale at almost $400'sAs of December I was having issues with the internal on/off mechanism, shutting off to be preciseAfter calling the Warranty number, providing the details, I brought my vacuum to the delegated repair centre( January 5th, ) I was then informed the parts could not replaced and I was given authorization of replacing my vacuumIt was organized to go to my closest Sears in Scarborough, ON, at the Scarborough Townscentre(January 13th, 2017, 5:13PM ) I was told to go the next day which I didAt the catalogue/online department after waiting hours, I was told there was no file on me, guaranteed by the person I spoke to the night before, however, they made an allowance to make a straight exchange and I would be notified in to businesses daysI called a week later, no vacuumI called another week later, no vacuumSo, I called the Warranty office again (January 26th 2017, 7:30PM) After inquiry, they reemailed the original letter ) I waited until February 4th 2017, 5:30PM to ask about the vacuum at the Warranty phone numberThey said they would authorize the exchange of a vacuum cleaner on par of what I bought I mentioned the vacuum on the online catalogue was no longer offeredI asked if they knew there was inventory to still switch it outI did not receive an answerI waited another week, called Sears at the Scarborough Townscentre and no vacuum nor emails authorizing an exchangeI called the Warranty office again on February 9th 2017, 11:50am and they recommended calling Customer Service which I did on that date and timeThis call was very frustratingI expained the chain of events, and I wanted a vacuum of equal value to the one I bought which would have meant a price match to a [redacted] canister vacuum which included a petmateI was told that wouldn't happenFinally, I requested a pick up of my broken vacuum and my money returnedThey said a gift card for the the monies spent would take a month! complaint regarding the purchase item is not what I am looking for we purchased a portable washer on feb at Fairview Mall Sears [redacted] First of all, we never had any experience on portable washer and rely on the sales to let us know the features of the washer, but the guy basically just told us there is only one type of the washer which is [redacted] one and it's 900! [redacted] I tried to place an order online on Nov.20...when I tried to submit...it was going to charge me $for shipping....so I then called the help phone number...apparently the numbers for the Wish Book had been changed, they could not place the order So I called Sears in Duncan BC..told them my dilemma and she said" Come on in and we will look after you." So I went down and placed my order with them, they had to do it over the phone...couldnt match the prices online, but I was desperate to get this order off to my grandchildren in Alberta After she placed the order, I asked for a print out on what had been ordered and what I had been charged...Nope, she couldn't do that She verbally gave my credit card numbers to someone over the phone..I thought all was well, my order had been finally placed...it would be shipped to Alberta All was good...I thought!! Well, somewhere along the line, someone flagged my credit card as being fraudulent!! Now, you have to understand!! I ALWAYS pay my balance every month....I NEVER have had any credit problems...EVER And Sears had my entire order returned back to their warehouse in Calgary...so now I am trying to get the money back on my credit card As I had already paid for the entire order!! I have ordered a sofa and ReclinersWhen I ordered it delivery was set for December I contacted Sears the day before and was assured several times that delivery was confirmed and I needed to be available for deliveryI waited all day and the furniture never showedWhen I called back there was never a delivery set because my area doesn't have home delivery!
