On September I received a call from Sears asking if I wanted to renew my dishwasher service contract which was to expire October I gave credit card information to renew for three years at $They told me to expect the contract by October By November I had not received it so I called and after much handing around at foreign service call centres was told that Sears had no intention of honouring the service agreement and they would refund my moneyThey would not have done so had I not called to find out what was going onThis was an *** *** to get money for Sears in the hope that customers would not notice before it went out of business and could no longer be liable for its debts*** ***

Sirs:
I purchased of a Craftsman AWD lawnmower which became damaged due to a faulty air filterI had been told that dust and dirt got past the air filter because I did not follow the user manual correctly, but now my warranty is not covered regardless of what the manual said
So here is why I should still be covered
AI used the new lawnmower the same as I used my old one, and the old one never had such problemsAnd since the filter on the new one was not due for service in accordance to the user manual and since I had no service issues with my old lawnmower, why should I think that the new one would be any different the because user manuals for both are practically identical except for the new lawnmower requires a new filter after hours of use not yearly
BSecondly, according to the information I have found having to look into the air filter, the air filter product ID for the new lawnmower is 491588s while the air filter product ID for my old lawnmower is

Sears has changed from a company that I used to love to shop from to one that I will never order from againTheir shipping rates have become an issue with meMy issue is the advertised free shipping over $which applies to nothingMy biggest complaint is that when you place an order online the total appears and asks you to submit orderOnce submitting the order, within the hour I received an email with an additional $shipping feeI did not confirm this charge nor did I want the item if I had to spend that much on shipping chargesThese charges should have been Indicated before I submitted confirmation for my order, not slipped in afterwardsHad I not checked my email so quickly and the order was already processed I would have been charged the extra $I feel like I am being scammed when ordering from Sears in that the shipping charges are not indicated up front and are added to the charge afterI called immediately to cancel the order and the rep said she would probably not be able to override the system and she could cancel the shipping of the item but not the charge I would receiveIt all seems very strange and scam-like to meDefinitely not a positive experience and I would not recommend anyone order online from Sears

First let me say the washer and dryer work greatNot crazy about not being able to choose the load size myself but a very minor problemThe problem here is the customer service of SearsWe ordered on-line and we thought everything went fineThe website requested we phone Sears to indicate we have the existing washer and dryer we have to be removed at the time of delivery(at very minor fee)This is when things take a ugly turnWhen we phoned Sears we were told to phone the delivery company itself to arrange this and the Sears rep indicated they were in the middle of re-launching their website and apoligized for the mix-upWell this back and forth happened times for a total of hours of our time wastedMy wife was in tears caused by the frustrationSo I stepped in and got a hold of someone(so I thought more on that later) after hour of being on hold who then indicated and admitted that the website wasn't up to date and alot of what was on there did not apply to our purchase and indicated a higher price to deliver the new purchase and take away the old onesI then said if they were willing to ask for extra bucks at the risk of losing a $sale then proceedMagically "Karla" came back and said she was going out on a limb to waive all the fees and any further problems get a hold of herAfter weeks of waiting the day of delivery arrived and surprise only the washer arrivesAfter another hours of back and forth phone calls and surprise no one knows a person named "Karla" we finally get a hold of the local warehouse who helped us out greatly to get the dryer that day.The call centre is the worst customer service I have ran intoI will be forwarding this to the Revdex.com as well

We had ordered a dishwasher and fridge from Sears and hired a technician through Sears to complete the installationThe delivery date was delayed (we were not advised until we called on the day of the scheduled delivery) and it took over a week and multiple calls and empty promises that someone would "follow up" with us to have ONLY the fridge deliveredThen we were advised almost two weeks later that the dishwasher was on back order (again, this was not conveyed to us during any of our numerous phone calls)We had rescheduled our technician twice over the course of this process to try to accommodate for the on-going issues and errorsWhen we were advised that the dishwasher was not available, we were refunded the amount of the dishwasher but not for the installation/technician fee which we feel should be fully reimbursedI have spoken with a manager to try to resolve the issue, although we felt as though her offers were not sufficient(We HAD to cancel the technician as we had no physical product to even have installed despite our best efforts to try to preserve the order and the services)The manager has since refused to answer or return any of my phone calls or e-mails (we are now going on a week and a half)This issue is still currently not resolved and I am extremely frustrated that I am currently being ignored

I've just had the worst online customer service ever from Sears First the website indicated an estimate of December delivery for an order placed on November 28, Cyber Monday Thought this woudlbe OK By December still not even a shipping notice, so I followed up with customer service, was told they had no info and would send an internal email and get back to me in hours, too long really, so I also sent a customer service email for which I had to allow hours, but even giving them extra time through the weekend I did not hear back So I called again on December and spent a half hour on hold to get through, only to be told the item was back ordered and they had no idea when it would come in so they said they would cancel the order, like it was a special favour for me Then I asked for the name of the Manager of Customer Service and the contact info as I wanted to submit a complaint, the associate could not give that to me I asked for a supervisor was told they were busy but they would have them call me back as soon as they were freeand a half hours later, still no callback So I called again, the order had not been cancelled I was on hold minutes waiting for a supervisor, I refused to have a call back at this point All the supervisor would do was to cancel the order and offer her email address for my complaint Oh and in the midst of my holding for someone I received an email from Sears asking me how I liked the product, the one I had not received and will not receive, too weird and too frustrating

hello, I bought a suitcase set online It was delivered and then I was not charged for weeks later When I got the receipt in my email I took it to sears to return the item on Dec It is now January 18, and I still do not have my refund When I called after being transferred to department after department...I am told we will do nothing until weeks have passed Ok..I call exactly after weeks and they tell me they will issue a manual credit...which they continue to tell me that is will take another business days Really? so what do they do, take the interest off your money while you have to pay your own interest on the credit card you paid for it until they honour you with your refund after having the goods since Dec9? I tried a few times and was never connected to a human So, I still don't know where my order is and there is no credit on my credit card to reflect its return Big corporations such as Sears are automating yourselves right out of the very customers you are attempting to streamline *** *** I have not heard back
