Our phone calls for warrantee work in regards to our Sear's Wall Oven have been ongoing for several weeks (months) and continue to remain unresolvedUnit has now not been working since the end of April when the unit was less than two (2) years old As of July 30, the two (2) year warrantee contract expired
Our initial contact with Sears was at the beginning of May where a Sears's representative initially advised us that we no longer had warrantee on our Wall Oven unit We contacted a Sears repair contractor to come and investigate and repair the unit After three (3) visits from the repair contractor the unit remains broken as the root of the issue remains unresolved We re-read our manual for the Sear's Wall Oven unit and discovered that we actually have a two (2) year warrantee contract
We contacted Sears again on June 24, to advise Sears of this warrantee news, which Sears requested this portion of the warrantee contract be forwarded to them

*** *** *** They seem to not be able to do anything right for their customers and seem to have no communication or organization within the companyThey have gotten my delivery date wrong in which I have called three times to confirm the dateI purchased items from them and only got On the day they were supposed to deliver my appliances (July 15), they never showed up so I called them and they told me that my delivery never got rescheduled which is ridiculous because I called THREE times to confirm my delivery dateThey then told me that my range that I have ordered has been cancelledI asked when and why it was cancelled and they said that it was cancelled on July because of vendor issuesThis is beyond ridiculous because they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me that my range has been cancelled and will not be deliveredInstead, they told me when I called on the day of my deliveryFurthermore, they did not refund my money when the range was cancelledThe lady that I spoke to rescheduled my delivery and told me that someone would call me the next day to talk about compensations for the inconveniences that they have causedTo no surprise, I never received a call from themI called again the next day and they brushed me off again and told me that someone would call meTo no surprise again, no call was received from themTired of being ignored by Sears and their terrible customer service, I went into the store the next day to talk to the managerThe manager of the appliances department was not in but I was again promised a call from someone the next dayOf course, I didn't get a call from themI called the manager today (July 19) and was told that I would not get any compensations for my purchase because there was an employee discount alreadyI am shocked because it seems like just because there was an employee discount, if Sears makes any mistakes with the order (which they have made multiple mistakes with my order), that the employee does not have to be compensatedI would much rather not have the employee discount than go through all the trouble that I've had to go throughAll I got from talking to multiple people at Sears was that they don't value their customers or employees*** *** ***

I placed two separate orders - one on November 14, and the other on December 3, for two separate pieces of furniture They never came and I eventually purchased new furniture from a local retailer It is now March 8, and I'm on the phone with Sears for the fourth time requesting my refund Very disheartened as I once thought Sears was the place to shop Never again

So this will be the fourth time I am having to either call or email Sears customer Service in regards to my order # EXXXXXXXThis is absolutely ridiculousThat as a customer I am having to have to contact the company so many times to find out where the item is that I purchased, especially since you have already taken my money
I have been told now three times that my order was going to be delivered on three separate timesFirst was March which is the date that I was ABLE to pick when originally purchasing the item, then after not hearing from anyone to let me know that my item haven't even shipped I get a call two days later to say that my item has shipped and will be delivered March Your online system did not inform me of anything furtherOnce again, March came and went with no delivery not getting a call the evening prior which I was informed I would also get to inform of a scheduled time of my deliveryI contacted Sears now by email to inquire as I was put on hold for minutes when attempting to call customer serviceI get an email back within two days to say that the item was no received in time and would not be delivered March It is not almost o'clock on March 27,and I still don't have the item I paid forOn all occasions I have either had someone come to my house and wait for the delivery because I was never told it WASENT coming and now today I ended up staying home
I will never order online or attend a Sears store for the rest of my life after this horrible experience of serviceI could have ordered from another store, the same item and had the item a few days after I made the purchaseNot to mention I have also been charged a $delivery feeFor what? I placed order for dishwasher on the phone from Sears CanadaNext day I received email showing my order cancelledI called sears Canada again and a guy checked my order and confirmed everything is ok and he sent anorher email showing this confirmationI was supposed to receive a call days before delivery to inform me about the delivery window timeframeI have not received that call so I called for following upSadly the Sears representative said your order is cancelled because your credit card address was not matched with delivery address so sears cancelled this order I was so sad and complain her about poor communication and management because 1) how you charged me first and I see on statement card, then you cancelled without letting me know(even I have not received call or email) as I arrange a delivey date also arrange with technician to install dishwasher2) why the second guy told me everything is ok and sent me second confirmation Email3) how you deal with customer which resident address is different from delivery addressYou will cancel all theses orders?
I also talked to manager he apologized about not contacting me, promise to refund money to my credit card and offer $gift cardI am sure he did not understand how I was in deep mess on that day, I am so unsaticfied about Sears Canada customer service and never refer Sears Canada order on the phone or website

*** Ordered a split queen box spring online December which was to be delivered January On January 18th I called as my order had not been receivedThey advised me that they would refund my money for the order as well as send me the box spring because their service was slower than usualI was delighted! I did not purchase another box spring with another company and patiently waited
February came along and still no delivery of my boxspringI called again and spoke with a customer service agent who told me they had no record of my order, the second agent told me that my order was delivered on January 18thThe THIRD agent told me that they had a new computer system and he would transfer me to his managerStill no help
About a week later I received a delivery phone call from a random company that was not SearsWhen I arrived at the delivery location I was stunnend to see HALF of a box springOne week after this incident, I was called by the delivery location that the other half had been deliveredFINALLY!! I was so happyBorrowed a trailer and went to this location to pick up my long awaited box spring
After all of this, I took the box spring pieces home and....you guessed it....one half was a KING size and the other was a QUEEN size
I feel that this company is displaying sales and discounts (Boxing Day for instance) on their website in order to draw in customers for and website trafficThen, after you've placed an order, they cancel any item that is actually available and only send you your regular priced items.***

On Jan.19/I placed an order online for a bedIn the description it clearly said it was a bed ensemble, including a headboard, footboard and railingsSo I purchased, got my confirmation email, and then on Jan23, I received a headboard only, thinking oh hey the other part will arrive soon I waited a week before contacting sears Canada
This is the answer I received "the order you placed is only for a headboard." Me: That's not what the description said as I explainedHis answer " Do you have a screenshot of the description ( Probably thinking I didn't, because not a lot of people do) Guess what ? YES I doHis answer was to email it to me and I gladly agreed, I wasn't home at the time I sent it later he said he will call me back, never didSo I called the next day, spoke to another person, this time she admitted that the description on the website was for a full bed ensembleAnd also admitted it was advertisement
Their solution to this at this point, give me a discount on another, of course more expensive, bed ensemble, I refusedShe told me this collection was discontinued and they didn't have the matching footboard and rails that would come withFine I don't really care send me ANY footboard and ANY railings, ANY color, doesn't have to match, to have a full bed, what do you want me to do with just a headboard^
NoAt this point I've been on the phone for MINUTES about this, arguing that I don't have anymore money for any other pieces for a bedMy daughter still doesn't have a bed frame, sleeps on a mattress on the floor, looking at the box for over a week, exited to have a bed, when can we put it up mom, when are the parts coming in momAnyways at this point I'm getting upset, *** I hang up on them ***
So if anyone actually read this whole thingPoint is do not buy anything from sears onlineI buy everything online, I rarely go into store *** Never had this much problem with an online company
I see there little trick hereWho would want to buy just a headboard with no footboard or rails to amtch, nobody, even at a good price, but they had in stock, what to do with it, its a clearance item, let put in the description its a full bed, then the sucker who buys it probably wont screenshot the description and then well their stuck with it because it was a clearance item and discontinued, yeah and im the sucker who got stuck with it
Oh I can return it and get my money back, but its a big/heavy box im not dragging it anywhere! I work full time, I am not home during the day so nobody can come pick it up eitherHow convenient for them

This business misleads customers with sales, especially not included in sales yet the price point is everywhereThe very small print of this is so small that no one ever sees itMost of the staff are untrained as to where products are and do not seem interested in helping customers on the floor/ if you can locate oneThe quality of products, over the last few years, is poor in quality

Sears has yet to fully refund me for an order I cancelled almost three months ago!! I was promised a full refund for an order I never received but was charged for, yet I am still waiting for a good portion of the money I spent They apologized for the glitch in the online system that caused my credit card to be charged even when my order never actually went through I really want to warn people that this could happen to them - do not order online from Sears if you want to be assured your money won't be held by them for months in case you need to cancel your order (due to never receiving the products, no product available, or other reason) They made $ in interest off my money and caused me hours of frustration on phone calls, botch ups in the refunding (the initial refund was a minute fraction - thank goodness I checked my bank statement!) etc:(

we purchased a portable washer on feb at Fairview Mall Sears *** First of all, we never had any experience on portable washer and rely on the sales to let us know the features of the washer, but the guy basically just told us there is only one type of the washer which is ** one and it's 900! SInce this is for delivery to an apartment I specifically requested to have it deliver on a certain date, but not only they did not deliver the item on the specific requested date, they showed up on a day that I wasn't even available......needless to say it is reported as no show
When I called the delivery dept to inquire about the status they simply told me the customer service dept did not notify the shipping company about the revised shipping date!

I was shopping at the Guelph store for a new bedroom set as a gift to someone for ChristmasThe store told me it wouldn't arrive until Feb 15, which was fineThe 15th came and I wasn't notified that it had to arrivedI followed up with the store and they continued to tell me to call shipping which had never answered the phoneWhenever I tried to call the store they would insist I call shipping but after numerous attemps they wouldn't answer so I finally spoke with management and they told me it was on the truck to arrive the next dayThis circus went on for a month, and my friend with a truck that was helping me to pick it up had to go back and forth from Milton times because staff ws lying to meI would call and they would either hang up on me or tell me it was coming the next day and that it was "on the truck"After a few weeks of this BS I phoned head office which was no help at all because they would just transfer me to the Guelph store which was getting me nowhereI tried to return the set but they ensured me it was arriving the next day (which it didn't) and that they would compensate me for the trouble once it arrivedThe compensation was a $gift card to their store which didn't even cover my friends gas that he used because he had to come to the store 3x because of their lack of communicationCustomer service was horrible and I refused the gift card because I will never use their store again*** Get your act together because with customer service like yours you will not be able to compete in today's competetive marketNever once did they call to try to ressolve our issuesIt's too bad because I want to support our Canadian stores but this lack of service was just too poor to overlook.*** *** ***

I am in desperate need of help, I just had the worst customer service issue in the my entire life with SEARSI ordered a *** bed and organizer for my year nephew on February 20th order # *** the order was supposed to be shipped on March 4th, My nephew waited all day for his bed (this was his birthday gift ) sadly it never arrived, When my mother called SEARS they told her the order had been cancelled due to the credit card info did not match the billing address (I had already specified that on the order) What is really disappointing is that SEARS NEVER advised me that the order had been cancelled!!!! Ever since that day my mother and I have called back at least twice a day trying to figure out what the issue was, we never received the same answer twice! One person told me I would need to place a new order (which I did) that they would charge me the regular price instead of the on sale price which I had originally paid but that they would credit me upon receipt of the product, apparently we were supposed to receive the shipment on the 12th of March and I was supposed to receive an email confirmation from SEARS the next day but never didMy mother called back the following day only to be told that there was no order placed!!! Can you believe this??? I can go on and on about the bull crap we have heard over the past week and how the stories conflict but it would take too much of my energyI would love to grab hold of the recorded calls my mother and I have made over the past weeks (over calls) so you can see that this is the worst customer service in the history of online purchases! We have been lied to and mislead, they even gave my mother a confirmation # for another shipment they said they scheduled but once again it never arrived!!!! I have contacted my credit card company and all my info adds up so what is the issue? SEARS has put my mother and Nephew through *** and all they say is sorry, oh they also offered me a 15$ discount lol! I am disgusted and sad that my Nephew had to go through this! This was my first purchase with SEARS on line and it will be my last but I want justice! Even if I have to pay more money than the amount I ordered it will be worth it for me and I want everyone to know what kind of a company they are! On the of Dec 2016, I placed an on line order for an upright freezer It was in stock at the time that I ordered and the date I selected for delivery was the 12th of Jan It was to be delivered to my local Sears store Despite the online statement that my credit card would not be charged until the unit shipped, my card was in fact charged on the 26th of Dec
On the 12th, after showing up at the store with a truck to pick the freezer up, I was disappointed to find out that it was not there When I called Customer Service, they told me that it had been delayed and would be delivered by the 18th of Jan It was also not Sear's responsibility to advise customers of delays in shipment, even if it is a major appliance On the 19th of Jan I sent an email for an updateno the delivery as it had not yet arrived To date, I have not received a reply to that email On the 26th of Jan, I spoke once again to Customer Service about their failure to deliver my appliance The rep assured me that she would look into the matter and would either call or email within hours She never called or emailed a reply On the 2nd of Feb, I called again as there was still no freezer This time, I refused to end the call until they could confirm when it would be delivered After about half an hour, they promised to reorder the freezer as it appered that the first one was lost They repeatedly assured me that it would be delivered no later than the 8th of Feb Imagine my surprise when it did not arrive I called them yet again on the 9th of Feb The only thing that they could say is that the appliance had left the warehouse and I should wait another four days Sadly, at this point I may have lost my temper to some degree
At this point, the 9th of Feb, after taking my money on the 26th of Dec, they have yet to deliver an appliance Custmer Service does not provide any service other than making promises that they do not keep in the hopes you will go away I cannot recommend Sears to anyone Sadly, this site does not have a zero rating

I always have loved Sears and have always purchased my appliances from them (particularly ***) Even with all their new changes I continue to shop there (I am finding less selection than before unfortunately.) They need to revamp their catelogue shopping Before if you chose to pick up at the store, you could try on everything and then just pay for and take home what you want Now you have to pay for it all up front and then I immediately went to a change room to try on and then return Well their new return process is a nightmare So without even leaving the store I went back to return a lot of the items The poor clerk has no way to find out my order and how much I paid She has to look up each price ...(and can offer me the lowest sale price or the original price of the product...so either I lose money or sears is going to lose) What a system!!! So I decided I would go home with all the merchandise, print out my order from my computer so they have record of how much I paid and take back the next day!!! What a horrible system They should have the order right in front of them I purchase on line at the Bay all the time and there is no issue I have a slip with the actual price from the delivery, they scan the item and refund me the money Sears.....if you want to survive and keep me as a customer...fix this broken system The old way was so much better for catelogue!! I do not recommend anyone shopping with catelogue until they fix this system!!!!

One of many negative experiences with Sears Canada, I submitted an order on-line, of the items was not available as per an email I received Jan 25th, therefore the item cancelled with the refund policy advising days As it turns out Sears did not charge my *** account for of the items that were supposed to travel with the cancelled item but they arrived earlier Instead of removing the charge for the cancelled item they plan to charge me for it and then return the money This does not seem like good business, if the item is cancelled why not adjust the order amount and charge for only that instead of insisting to charge for a cancelled item with the promise to return the funds within days of the charge
