Hi ***, [redacted] has a weekly pest control service in place to take care of any issues that may come upAs recommended, the property has installed rodent bait stations around the communityWhile, you noted that other residents are having a pest control issue, it is imperative for those residents to contact the office for treatmentThe entire property went through an elevator modernization projectDuring this time, the property made accommodations to residents who could not take the stairsIf you would like to discuss options of being let out of your lease with the community, please let us know
We are sorry that you are unhappy at [redacted] ***Our office has been very responsive to your concernsThe property manager has only received emails from you since AugustThe first was 8/10/at 8:22am and he responded back three minutes later at 8:25amThe second email from you was 8/31/at 8:33am and he responded back twenty minutes later at 8:50amThe last communication we received from you was 9/6/at 12:05p and he responded back less than an hour later at 12:54pm? He has also offered to meet with you twice and you said you did not want to meet with him ? [redacted] strives to maintain a clean environment that our residents can be proud ofWe apologize that some of your neighbors left trash by the elevatorWe have been rolling out a door to door trash service on all renewals and new move ins that has helped greatly to reduce the problem? Unfortunately, with Monday being a holiday they did not pick up that day which may have contributed to the problemAll the trash has since been picked up and [redacted] will not be released from his lease agreement?
While we maintain that the amount due is valid, in order to find a resolution we are willing to accept Ms [redacted] forfeiture of security deposit and close out the account as paid in full

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/09/24) */ This complaint was received by the Denver Corporate Office I called the tenant and informed her that I am forwarding this information to the Orlando office as well as to her complex so that the issue can be addressed appropriately at her local level
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I cannot be asked to go back to years to find a check they do not have a date or check number forI do not know where I banked and cannot be expected to drive to all banks within the Denver area to may be find the checkThe creditor says I have paid and there is no working number for themI asked Keystone to call the creditor and ask them for proof of paymentThis should be no problemIt does not make sense that I have written two checks for this debt and still Keystone refuses to update their recordsThe creditor says I have paid so what is the problem? If they haven't cashed the checks once again then what am I supposed to do? I cannot help it they wont take my moneyIt is not my fault they keep bad records and cannot keep anyone on staff for a decent period of time who knows the whole storyBottom line, I have paid these questionable charges without delay twiceKeystone did not keep a record of itThey are a huge company bullying a single individual and they happen to be in the wrongI have told them of their mistake and they refuse to accept itI would imagine they have their creditors contact information and can call them to see I have paid this and it is erroneous to have put it on my credit reportWhat is a little person like me supposed to do? They could at least give me a working number for their creditor so I could clear my nameKeystone refuses even thisThe carpet for which the questionable damages were for was over five to seven years old and thus I am legally not responsible for anywayKeystone refuses to tell me the date the carpet was installedKeystone is in the wrong and bending laws for their benefit Sincerely, [redacted]
Hello, This is in response to the rejected complaintThe maintenance team here at Keystone does a full trash and dog waste sweep 1st thing every morning Monday through FridayWe do have another deep pet waste sweep scheduled for the week of 5/9/As I stated in my last response, we are in the process of hiring a full time grounds person so that our maintenance team is not pulled away from their daily responsibilities, also we will be implementing a doggie DNA program where residents will be required to register their pet so that we know which pet owners are violating our pet policyOur hope is that this program will act as a deterrent to pet owners who are tempted to not pick up after their petIf you see someone not picking up after their pet, please let me know so I am able to take care of this right awayI would like to invite the resident to come in and personally discuss this issue with meThank you! Hi ***, We have pest control available at the community weeklyIf you would like to setup treatment, please contact the leasing officeIf the treatment available does not work for you, you are welcome to contact an outside company for your needsThe elevator modernization project has been completed so you should not have any inconvenience from the repairs going forwardLiving on the first floor, you should not have been too impacted by the project but we apologize if you had to take a different route to your apartment during this timeWe are happy to ask the property staff to clean the trash enclosure in your areaWe hope this will resolve your issues here and you can enjoy your home at [redacted]
The resident was advised that we do not create a month to month contract.? The resident was also advised that by checking the? box "month to month" on the renewal form he would then go month to month as outlined in the lease.? He chose to give a day notice instead.? The problem has been resolved and notice accepted

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Its another frustrating exampleThe complex I lived in was [redacted] *** in DenverThe response indicates they do not know the complex I lived in, yet a week ago I received a check from [redacted] When I moved out I left my parents address to have the check mailed to in IndianaThe check came directly to my PA address, which tells me someone does know the location of my previous apartmentI am satisfied with the refund for the deposit, but I still need the overpayment of my final rent addressedThis was not itemized on the check I received Sincerely, [redacted]
We have followed up on this request After further review, we discovered the check was scanned in on July 3rd as indicated by the resident The bank declined the payment due to a poor image scan which was automatically reversed by our system on July 10th We have a new team in place who is still in the process of learning the system We will credit the late fees charged to the resident She will receive a credit on her account that she can use towards her rent for August The resident has been contacted and we feel the issue has been resolved

I just spoke to the resident and explained the lease that she signed was a legally binding document However, we are going to look into any/all possibilities to try and assist in making her transition and move out a little easier I am contacting the Community Manager at The Boulders and also relaying her information to the Regional Property Manager for their input and recommendations I have asked them to get back directly with the tenant for resolution

This is a property that does not belong to the Mountain Division of Greystar so I am not sure how to direct this former resident. I have notified the proper region in [redacted] to look into this, since this could have been a Greystar property when this resident lived there. This one is so... hard to determine how to help as the resident is not being properly helped by the new management company who has taken over this property. Our office has sent his information to the [redacted] region for resolution. Thanks so much for reaching out.
