Hello, This is in response to the rejected complaint. The maintenance team here at Keystone does a full trash and dog waste sweep 1st thing every morning Monday through Friday. We do have another deep pet waste sweep scheduled for the week of 5/9/2016. As I stated in my last response, we are in the process of hiring a full time grounds person so that our maintenance team is not pulled away from their daily responsibilities, also we will be implementing a doggie DNA program where residents will be required to register their pet so that we know which pet owners are violating our pet policy. Our hope is that this program will act as a deterrent to pet owners who are tempted to not pick up after their pet. If you see someone not picking up after their pet, please let me know so I am able to take care of this right away. Please utilize this email as your in writing acknowledgement that we will honor a 30 day notice once your contract goes month-to-month. Additionally, please feel free to stop by the leasing office, and the manager can certainly sign something for you that says we utilize a 30 day notice once a contract goes month-to-month.The Renewal Letter that you attached is the Renewal Offer I was referencing. We apologize for your mothers difficulties. Xcel has restored your mothers townhome to normal, we spoke to her this afternoon and she expressed that she is happy with the result. She has never expressed any interest in transferring to another apartment. Your mother had nothing but positive...

I will let [redacted] know that you apologize. I understand how terrible it is to have an unexpected expense when you live paycheck to paycheck. Unfortunately, the parking policy is very clear. Below you will find reference to the lease about parking. Please know that I sympathize with your situation as I have been in the same predicament. I can sure tell you, that was an expensive lesson learned for me. I am sorry your car was towed, and am even more sorry that I cannot do anything to assist you. Normally we have no control over the timing of the tow company, only the parameter to which they tow. In your case, a paying resident came to us with the information that a car was parked in their spot. At which point he had to call the tow company to move the vehicle. Due to the policies in place, we cannot assist you financially. I know this is not the resolution you were looking for, but I hope your day is looking up and we are here to do what we can should you need anything in the future. 21. PARKING. We may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking allcars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehiclesby anyone. We may have unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles towedunder an appropriate statute. Reserved spaces are clearly marked by signs and warn residents not to park there. It is at the sole discretion of the tenant who is paying for that parking spaces as to when a vehicle is towed out of their space for unauthorized use. Parking in another tenant's reserved space is a clear violation of the community parking rules, regardless of the amount of time the vehicle is in that spot. We apologize this has caused you an inconvenience, but we are unable to refund towing fees due to parking violations.
