? Greystar Property Management are very easy to work with in resolving issues with managers.?
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Hello [redacted], My name is [redacted], and I filed complaint [redacted] with the Revdex.com regarding a dispute between myself and Greystar Property Management Since filing that claim, I have worked out a mutually beneficial resolution to my complaint directly with the property management company? At
this time, I would like to close my complaint? No further action is necessary with this request Thank you very much for looking into my complaint, and have a great week?
Could you please let us know which apartment complex you are referring to, as we manage quite a few in the Denver Metro area and we have no manager with the name of Tory.? We would need some more information from you in order for us to properly look into your issue - which we would be more than
happy to do.? Thank you so much
We have followed up on this request.? After further review, we discovered the check was scanned in on July 3rd as indicated by the resident.? The bank declined the payment due to a poor image scan which was automatically reversed by our system on July 10th.? We have a new team in
place who is still in the process of learning the system.? We will credit the late fees charged to the resident.? She will receive a credit on her account that she can use towards her rent for August? The resident has been contacted and we feel the issue has been resolved

Well first of all Greystar, thanks you for finally responding in some fashion After repeated messages left at your corporate office and with the complex manager I finally hear from you and it took a Revdex.com complaint to finally have this response Your customer service is some of the worse I have ever seen
Now for my response to your rebuttal I will accept your the $carpet cleaning fee, the $and the $lost key fee I refuse to accept the doubling of the cleaning fee to $and the drip pan fee of $ The Apartment cleaning check list was incorrectly reported and the best we can figure the cleaning people put the wrong apartment number on the sheet the drip pans were shiny and the apartment was extremely clean at move out We have repeatedly asked for pictures to back up the deductions and [redacted] said she would get this to us but never has The check list details a filthy apartment and I saw first hand how much time and effort those girls put in to cleaning before they moved out The apartment check list goes on to talk about the dirty dishwasher and they didn't even have a dishwasher in the apartment because it was removed per their request at the start of the lease Obviously this is NOT their apartment I will accept $and nothing less If you can provide pictures of the apartment I would be happy to review them

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 13, 2015/10/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Yes, as they did take the final utility bill out the month after we leftBut the following month after THAT (months past) they tried to withdrawal rent AGAIN as if I still lived there when I didn'tI am asking for the refund of $that was charged by the bank I closed when I moved because of NSF...(for a payment that was attempted to be withdrawn from my account illegally after I moved out!) So I am asking to have the $check sent to me to compensate for your mistakeI even told [redacted] to make sure my info was deleted when I received an email stating I was going to have rent withdrawn and she so surely assured me it was changed over...only for a day later to get a charge from my bank because [redacted] still tried to withdraw the funds
Due to these residents having to deal with issues that we could not resolve we have agreed to let them out of their lease with a day notice
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It was cleaned on the 20, However nothing has been cleaned since and there is garbage and poop all over again
Sincerely,
[redacted]

and best assist this former resident. Thanks so much for following up.
At this time, if the resident feels that she's being treated differently than other Alta Springs residents, I am going to direct her to the towing company for resolution and answers to the allegation.? We use a 3rd party company and? do not tag/ticket/tow the vehicles from the management
office level.? I do? have photos of other vehicles that have been ticketed/towed from the exact parking spot and can have full assurance no one is being targeted.? ?
[redacted] was the first resident in a brand new apartment built in the final quarter of 2016. The following items are beyond "normal wear and tear" and are accurate charges to the former resident; door handle lock was broken completely, sizeable hole in the bedroom door, and every blind in the apartment had to be replaced due to pet damage. Because [redacted] was the first resident to occupy a brand new apartment, there should not have been these type of damages upon moving out after only 1 year of residency.
Our application states that all funds paid (application fee, administrative fee, and holding deposit) will be forfeited for any reason other than denial for credit. Despite this policy, [redacted] was refunded the holding deposit for customer service purposes. We had to wait for approval to...
refund her the additional administrative fee. Once this was approved, we left messages for her with no response. If she had contacted us at any point, she would have received the remaining amount. A move out statement has been posted for her and a check is in the process. Move out statement attached.

Well first of all Greystar, thanks you for finally responding in some fashion. After repeated messages left at your corporate office and with the complex manager I finally hear from you and it took a Revdex.com complaint to finally have this response. Your customer service is some of the worse I have ever seen.
Now for my response to your rebuttal. I will accept your the $85 carpet cleaning fee, the $75 and the $30 lost key fee. I refuse to accept the doubling of the cleaning fee to $150 and the drip pan fee of $20. The Apartment cleaning check list was incorrectly reported and the best we can figure the cleaning people put the wrong apartment number on the sheet. the drip pans were shiny and the apartment was extremely clean at move out. We have repeatedly asked for pictures to back up the deductions and [redacted] said she would get this to us but never has. The check list details a filthy apartment and I saw first hand how much time and effort those girls put in to cleaning before they moved out. The apartment check list goes on to talk about the dirty dishwasher and they didn't even have a dishwasher in the apartment because it was removed per their request at the start of the lease. Obviously this is NOT their apartment. I will accept $210 and nothing less. If you can provide pictures of the apartment I would be happy to review them.
