The diner placed an order an order through GrubHub and did not receive their full orderThey received a partial credit for the missing itemsWe are not able to credit any additional amount for the mealThe diner also expressed concerns regarding a price discrepancyThe menu is priced the same as the restaurantThe additional cost for their order was a $delivery feeThis delivery fee came from a delivery service that calculates based on distanceAll fees are disclosed at the time of orderHowever, this amount is not typical of GrubHub orders and we will refund the delivery feeWe are also extending them a $credit toward a future order

Generally, we can not delete accounts because we have to keep records of financial transactions with the restaurants on our siteGrubhub users have the ability to overwrite any details of their accountHowever, we were able to scramble the details of this account for the complainantIf they receive any future email from Grubhub they can find an unsubscribe email within the body of the email
