I am rejecting this response because:This situation is very serious, and here is my response to the company's: Again, I paid you, not the restaurants. You run a business and it is your responsibility to handle incompetence. The $15 credit, was ludicrous. Firstly, I had to pay $8 extra, for the second order, because of the way the person set up that $15 credit. 2. I was temporarily in that city, and found that the second restaurant was terrible also. No salad included, a joke for a pizza, etc. I sent photos to you. So, I actually had to order [redacted] pizza, through their website, just to get full. GrubHub ruined my day. Please get that $33 to me immediately.Finish the Job
