We do apologize that receiving promotions within the app was frustratingMost of our promotions are for our 1st timer users, There are push notifications for existing customers that should show again by logging out, clearing cache and cookies and logging back inWe can not delete an account We are required to keep records of transactionsHowever, GrubHub users can log in and change their information to nonsense and delete any saved credit cardsAll that remains is the footprint of transaction - no personal details remainIt is not technically "deleting" but the results are the same.We have issued a credit to the current account

Grubhub was not able to accommodate the customer's request because they attempted to use an invalid promotional code and they attempted to retroactively apply a discount more than hours after they placed an orderThe promotional code they attempted to use was for first-time dinersThere are multiple accounts associated with the customer's informationGrubhub did not promise the diner a refund prior to their placing order
