10pt;" class="MsoNormal">This is the same "auto-reply" email I have received months ago There is still no direct email from them or a way to contact them on the phone or a personal email for someone who works there I sincerely doubt I will see a payment with this in the next days but I will keep you posted Please keep this file openCan someone go to there address where they pick up the iPhones from people and arrest them? That is a logical upcoming step I think. Especially for this amount of theft

I have a second phone which was also sold to GUZU for the amount of $on 06/**/the Account# is *** and Return # ***, I received the check for $dated 06/**/it is written from Chase Bank with an account number of *** which is the same account that I had received the insufficient funds check for the first phone I had sold to GUZUInstead of depositing this check for the 2nd phone I took it to a Chase Bank and was told that the account is overdrawn and that if I attempted to deposit the check into my bank account it would also bounceI am still holding this check as I do not want any additional bank fees.I have still not received the check that GUZU said they would mail as a part of the response to this Revdex.com request for assistance, I am afraid that it too will be a "Cold Check", I will provide a response once the check is received as to if it was also written from the same overdrawn account at Chase Bank.In short they still owe for phones, the first was for $plus the $bank charge and the second is for $450.00, so altogether total of $for the two phones.I am sure I am not the only one with insufficient checks from GUZU as they are still advertising tremendously!! Please helpThank you

margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">After many complaints through e-mail, twitter, the Revdex.com and other consumer complaint sites, I finally received what looked like an automated e-mail from Guzu notifying me that my checks were being shippedI received this message on November ***, 2015, about two months since I had sent them my devicesIn the message, there is a notification that the check may take up to days to arriveIt has now been a month and I have not seen a check in the mailEven if I were to receive the checks, my confidence that the checks won't bounce is extremely lowIt should be noted that within the past month I have still received automated mailers from Guzu offering deals and discountsI even received a special Black Friday promotionThis company is still seeking to scam customers into turning over their phonesI have never felt so cheated in my entire life
