At this time, I have been contacted...

directly by Guzu, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 Guzu contacted me by email on November [redacted] saying my payment of $175 is on it's way.  After 2 weeks of not receiving my check, they sent another email saying they were sorry for the delay, but that due to several fraud attempts on their accounts...their money is being delayed.  They said they were working on getting me and other people who experienced bounced checks their money.  I still haven't received my money or any further emails.

GUZU never followed through with contact confirming payment and tracking details, as they stated they would by Thursday, October [redacted]. I am not satisfied.

The customer wanted more detailed information regarding the product on hand. And we are processing a refund payment tomorrow.

This statement was made on June [redacted] and here we are seven days later and they have neither given us detailed information, nor made a payment as promised.  This has been a pattern oftheirs for the past six months as they keep using these stalling tactics.

I still have not received a check for my iPhone. It has been several weeks now. Guzu is not responding to my emails or calls.

[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]I did received a check from Guzu and I was notified by my bank today that the check for $75 was returned due to insufficient funds. The reason I did not respond earlier about the resolution is because I was waiting to see if the check cleared. I have received a hot check from them in the past, but they quickly corrected it.

This order is showing as paid on 10-**-2014 with [redacted], with a [redacted] transaction ID # [redacted].
If the customer still has yet to receive payment, we will need a little more proof.
