directly by Guzu, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
Guzu Inc. emailed me on November [redacted], 2015 stating that my payment for my iPhone 5s was approved and is on its way and can take up to 5 business days. The complaint is not completely resolved yet because I have not officially received the check. We will have to wait and see what happens in the next week.

me.  However, I will not consider this matter resolved until I have actually received the money order from this business, Guzu.com.  They have not provided me with tracking information as they said they would.  Therefore, this matter is NOT resolved.

I wired Hesam M[redacted] of Guzu $8K for 50 iphone 5's. After a week, he sent me a [redacted] label which never got shipped. He then stated he would wire my money back to me, however 4 weeks later I still have not received my money back. Mr M[redacted] has stated a number of times via text he will return funds "today," however nothing ever happens. He stole $8K from me.
