I have been emailing Guzu.com since last MondayThey were mostly nonresponsive, but finally on Friday the customer service representative Amanda said I would get paid via *** my $I still have not received, and I have not received any responses to further emails I have also tried contacting the CEO Hesam M***Last week via *** he promised he would check on my order and I haven't heard back from him or anyone elseAttached are attempts at reimbursement.
I received the rejected check from my bank, it was rejected for insufficient fundsI am concerned that the company does not have the funds to pay meIf they do not I would like my phone back with the original SIM card plus the $for the bounced check fee.

At this time I cannot say this has been resolved the company DID issue payment through *** but as of today that payment has not clearedAlso I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company from inaccurate information advertised (3-business days to be paid) as well as being flat out lied to when asking where payment was (told I would have it next business day)However as soon as I get confirmation that payment has cleared I will consider this matter resolved, but I would highly recommend that Guzu fix their business practices and pay people in the allotted time set by them because 90% of the issues on here for them are the same problems I hadWhich shows that my experience was not the exception but the way things are handled there
