 Guzu has contacted me and said they will refund me but have not actually done so. This appears to be what they have done to many other people, none of which have ever gotten paid.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Guzu, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They emailed me on September [redacted] to say that they would be paying me what they owe me, by check, but since I know now from others on ** that their checks often bounce, I asked that they pay me via Venmo, an electronic service. The person who had replied (Lindsey Y[redacted]) said that they would do that. Despite nearly daily email reminders, however, they have yet to pay me a dime. Just another stall tactic on their part. An e-payment takes minutes to process, and it's now nearly a month later with nothing to show for it, and no further contact.
