A Guzu Customer Service Representative (Lindsey Y[redacted]; phone #: [redacted]) sent me an email stating:" I [redacted]."It is now Friday August ** at 5:25pm EST and I have yet to receive an email from MsYoung. The complaint is not resolved because I have not received a check, and they've had my two iPhones for over a month

I have visited the business in NY DeerPark on 8/**/2015 hoping that I would get my full refund, I had to leave my job for 2 days and I had to pay a roundtrip ticket from Miami to Newyork + Car rental + Hotel.Guzu has refunded me $4,750.00 only from the original amount. Leaving us with $9,065.00 that they still owe me. I am not going to demand a compensation for my time and money that I spent trying to retrieve my money. I only want the refund to be complete as soon as possible.

[Your Answer HereGuzu contacted me last week and told me that they had some issues with Fraud and they are slowly catching up on their reimbursements.  I asked for a time frame for my check and the rep said they had no idea when the check would be mailed.

They have still not sent the payment to me that they approved and said they would send.  I'm still waiting for them to send the $535.00

because:
On November ** I received an email from Guzu saying my payment had been processed and that I should receive it within 5 business days. Today is December ** and I have not received payment or any additional information from the company.

I sent an IPhone 5c and 4s, both unlocked phones, to Guzu the first of January. On 1/**/15 Guzu notified me, via email, that they had received the phones and the 5c had been accepted. On 1/**/15 I received an email letting me know that the 4s iPhone had also been accepted. As of today, 2/**/16 , I have not received the promised payment of $105.00 for the phones. I sent an email on 1/**/16 asking about the hold up of payment and was told by Amanda that the check would be in the mail shortly.

 The check was never mailed. It has been 6 business days and there has been no check. This is the 3rd time they have told me the check is in the mail. Next they will be telling me that they will respect me in the morning. Both of which will be lies.
